She was in a lot of pain, and had to make an appt. else where for it to be fixed. Called for records which I supposedly can not receive for over 1 week, and I had to call twice to get that answer because they could not even call back. Knowing a child is in pain you would expect them to care enough to at least call back. But I guess that's because they don't really care about their patients. And also with electric medical recording they can give you your records by just printing each page. They are just lazy and do not care about their patients well being.
