The Kayak Experience is a great place for local, hands-on information, equipment and motivation. The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and love meeting people who enjoying kayaking. They carry some really nice boats (my favorites being Ocean and Wilderness Systems), paddles, PFD's (Personal Flotation Devices), racks, and, very importantly, accessories. Sure, your boat, paddle and PFD is pretty tough, but straps, springs, leashes and pins tend to bend or break after you put in the miles, and this is the place to get it. If they don't have it (and I have yet to stump them), they'll order it. When the weather is nice, they have demonstrations every Saturday so you can try a boat or two if you're thinking of getting into kayaks. This is a good business, and kayaking is a great hobby. Yet, it does not happen very often. My wife and I just booked a House in Destin for mid-October. I wanted a golf cart. By the way, I used to live in Destin so I knew, the Golf Cart was very important. I called two places. The second was Beach Better Golf Cart Rentals. I got a message however it said I could text them on that number. I did and got a reply back in less then two minutes. The prices were more then reasonable and I could take care of the entire transaction online. Now for the rest of the story!!!! The home we rented is one of my personal friends. I asked him which Golf Cart rental place he uses. He said, "None". The home comes with a six passenger golf cart. So I did not have to rent a golf cart after all. BUT, when I do and that will happen, this is the ONLY place I will consider. The world needs to remember that we clients just want professionalism and prompt communication. We will pay more to get it. Customer service is the key.

Great service and unique gifts is how I would describe this gift boutique. I needed secretary's day gifts for my team during a convention in Sandestin, Florida and the concierge at my hotel suggested I call this shop. Not only did they help me pick out the gifts to fit each team members style, but they wrapped them into a gift basket for me and delivered them to the resort I was staying at. Each had a personal card attached and cool gift wrapping. The team knew I couldn't have possibly wrapped the gifts that way, but they didn't let on. The service was awesome and the items I ordered via telephone were exactly as described. Frill Seekers made this golf guy look great with cool gifts. read more

We asked concierge at the Hilton Resot to recommend a gift shop to handle our invitations, napkins and koozies for an event, along with personalized gifts for our guests. The concierge recommended Frill Seekers Gifts and now I know why. The staff was friendly and gave on point suggestions for our event and the gifts. This store has lots of frilly and blingy clothes and all of the must-have accessories for any cowgirl living her best life at the beach.
