This was my first time comming over to Fringe. I am always nervous about new haircut places but Adi was really friendly, and I told her what I wanted and she made it happen. She did a fantastic job with my long bob hair cut and even after she had cut it, at that moment I decided I wanted to go even shorter and she was patient and nice about it, and went ahead and cut my hair (same style but shorter) shorter and I left Fringe feeling like I walked off a Vogue magazine. I'm someone who hasn't gotten a haircut since I was young, but decided to change that by reaching out to a few businesses requesting to book, Fringe Salon was the best at response time and communicating with me on making an appointment! Making sure to answer any of my questions, filling me in on available appointments and overall being very flexible. The location is nice and the space is very neat and gorgeous! The staff were talkative and Zara did an excellent job, loved the result and was very fun to talk to! For a wash, trim, and blowout- it came out to be 45 dollars. At 5:30 in the morning, I sent a request througg Yelp to get an appointment for a hair cut and color ASAP. I did not expect a response since most places don't respond. Not only did I get a response at 7:45 but was able to make an appointment the same day at 1:00 pm. Adi did an amazing job. She listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions and once we came up with a plan, she put together an estimate for how much it would cost before she even touched my hair! I've never had anyone do that in the past. I usually just get what I want or what they suggest and then cross my fingers that the total won't be over 300 dollars. She gave me a total before we even began so that I could adjust in case it was too much. She was very considerate and pleasant to talk to. I got the cut and color I wanted. I was very happy with the results. (And have received many compliments) I went here because it had a 5 star review and now I understand why. Already have my next appointment set up! Found this place on yelp and it was another great find. I made an appointment for hair and makeup for a photo shoot I had scheduled. Everyone there is extremely friendly - I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They really kept to schedule and I didn't have to sit around waiting to get my things done. They offered refreshments while I was there. I loved the way my hair looked and the curls stayed throughout the evening - Thank you Lauren. I've had some bad experiences with getting my makeup done but here it was done to perfection. Ashley listened to what I wanted and did it flawlessly. I hated washing my face at the end of the night. I am excited to try a few color experiments with my hair with them soon. read more

This was first time at the salon and I had Nicole. This was also my last time going to this salon. I left with chunky orange streaks only on the crown of my head. I messaged Nicole the next day to tell her how embarrassed I was to go in public with this hair and how horrible it was. She offered to correct it seeing as it was orange and not a $250 salon service. I went back and she only put a gloss on it bc she didn't want to take the time to correct it the proper way. The pigments should have put back in which we're taken out. This gloss lasted maybe a week in a half if that and I was back to the thick orange chunks. Terrified to go back to the salon to fix a third time I asked for my money back and she refused. She told me to come in again and she will put dark all over. Again, that would not be fixing the problem. I told her no bc I don't trust her with my hair anymore and she still would not give me a refund of my $250. She said it lightened since we did it and I messaged her a day or two after it was done. Would not recommend to anyone. I now have to spend A LOT of money for a color correction. Not happy at all. I have time stamps and dates for pictures if she tries to say otherwise. She keeps asking me to come in a get it fixed. I'm not going to go to a place that royally messed up my hair not once but twice I have no trust. read more

I love this place! I see Laura and she is AMAZING! I have (fake) blonde hair and she always is looking to take care of it- for example having me come in less frequently and do less bleach. Every time I've gone somewhere else they want to do a full head of highlights and get me in every month so they can make more money. Laura does not do this (does the opposite) and she is AMAZING at what she does! I go to her for cut and highlights! read more

I'm in town visiting family and needed a haircut badly. I found Fringe on Yelp and decided to check it out, and I'm so glad I did! I just went in for a trim, but Ashley did am amazing job! She really listened to what I wanted, took her time, and was incredibly kind and pleasant to talk to during my appointment. For $35 she washed my hair, cut it, dried it and styled it. I've had some down right awful experiences in salons in the past, so I'm always a little nervous before getting my hair done. I told Ashley this, and not only was she was super nice about it, but the quality of her work settled all of my fears. If I lived here she would be my go to person, hands down. Had the greatest experience today with myself and my wedding party doing trial runs for my wedding that's in 4 weeks. The girls did an incredible job and after having been in a million weddings I was so tired of the same old same up do. Nicole and Jenna were my stylists and I could not be more impressed.
