Extremely unprofessional and rude, especially when you don't know what is going on in a customer's life. Now I'm out money without a service because of a lack of communication. If you only allow 24 hours notice without charge, don't allow next-day appointments. It's taken me a long time to almost get rid of it. Here is the interesting part. I went in for a haircut, and the pedicurist saw me and said I haven't been in for a long time and asked if I would like to schedule a pedicure. I'm assuming she remembered me because I give good tips. I told her I have a fungal infection from the last time and I still have it. She said no problem; she would still give me a pedicure. I am not sure, but if someone has a fungal infection, should the salon be giving them pedicures. Isn't that how I got it? I feel the bowl wasn't cleaned properly or they didn't have an autoclave for the instruments. Well, I am still trying to get rid of this fungal infection. But I don't even go for haircuts anymore. I don't think it's very clean there.

Katie and Deanna did our hair for the wedding and both of them were great to work with. My sister was really happy with her advance trial with Katie and everything turned out great for the wedding day. She got exactly what she wanted both times. Stephanie did all of our makeup and also did a great job. Most of us don't wear tons of makeup and wanted natural but defined looks that would last all day and we all walked away really happy. I felt like my makeup really did last and keep me looking great from 9am until the party ended at 1am! Having them come to us on the wedding day made things so much easier and convenient given our busy day and tight schedule. I would definitely use them again for my wedding if it was nearby! All three ladies were really lovely to work with and created a relaxing environment for us in our hotel suite that morning.

My airbrush makeup held up the entire day and barely even came off when I took a shower! It was an entirely outdoor, August wedding so this is no small feat! My hair was also gorgeous and exactly what I was looking for. I get so many compliments on both when others see pictures from the wedding day. My mother and sister also loved their makeup and false lashes.
