After the visit was completed, I was then told I owed a co-pay, which felt very misleading and put me in an uncomfortable position. Patients deserve transparency about costs upfront so they can make informed decisions before being seen. Not disclosing fees beforehand feels deceptive and unprofessional. I would recommend that future patients ask about all costs before receiving care.

They did several breathing treatments on me and gave a round of IV cortisteroids then sent me home and said if I didn't feel better to come back. Well about 12 hours later I was worse again and had to come back. This time they admitted me. Once admitted the first MD examined me and really didn't ever say anything at all and just left. They were basically just watching me and giving breathing treatments every six hours. Next day my breathing wasn't any better and blood work was getting worse so more IV cortisteroids and antibiotics. Next day no better and at one point the MD told me that it was probably just a hold over from covid and that I might be like this for 6 months and that I just needed to relax. They sent me home the next day with me feeling no better and not being able to stop coughing or breath well. I sent all of my labs from the hospital to my personal MD who doesn't have privileges at this hospital and after a phone conversation she changed my antibiotic and the next day started feeling better. It turns out I had a relatively rare bacterial infection in my lungs that the hospital didn't catch and could have caused severe organ damage or even death if left untreated. All the while the MD's at the hospital didn't even think there was anything really wrong with me. They gave me enough Steroids to keep me going but not fix anything. I would not ever go back here or recommend it to anyone.

Everyone was professional and knowledgeable from beginning to end of treatment. They explained everything. The doctor was very thoughtful and thorough. The nurses were excellent at communication, caring and experienced. They went over everything and then provided me with everything in writing and a disc in case I need to follow-up with other treatment. I would definitely go there again. As a retired nurse with very high expectations, I found the entire staff today to be exceptional.

Well Xray tech comes and takes me to the Xray room. She was very unprofessional. I was in severe pain and she kept, very assertively, telling me to place my foot in a very specific position. Well that wasn't easy and she was not patient. I physically couldn't do it without wincing pain, she didn't care at all. She was extremely unprofessional. Anyway, after that I'm wheeled back to my room and the Dr comes in with the Xray results. She says it's not broken and tells me to take Tylenol and RICE it... ...I was sweating it was so painful and she kept poking it. I told her that I had already done that and it wasn't doing anything. She shrugged and said she can't do anything. Fast forward 3 days and I saw a specialist who ordered an MRI, the specialist also helped me with the pain the same day of my appointment. MRI comes back and my heel is split down the middle. Long story short; I will not be returning to this place, and I will recommend elsewhere to others.

Thankfully, the pharmacist caught the error and prevented me from receiving the medication, potentially saving my life. I called back to ask for a doctor's review and was outright refused.
