My husband was so impressed that he immediately asked about the season tickets. The seats are fantastic, and they give you so much aisle space so when someone is scooting out, no one has to stand and let them by. The chairs were very comfortable also and there was plenty of parking. The Black Box is located inside the Discovery Center so easy access off of The Dallas Tollway. We do wish there were single serving bags of pretzels, chips, cookies or something to purchase during intermission. They were kind enough to have small bottles of water For Free.

Well organized and well communicated through entire process. Spaces and service were as promised and help all through the planning to day of event was great. My only hardship was with some contractors they hired to help us at end of party. They did not match the caliber of event 1013 and were smoking during their contracted time to help and were more concerned with eating our food versus serving it and wrapping it up at the end. She was thorough during our consultation, quickly made changes to our floor plan and was able to adjust our contract as needed. The ballroom is absolutely huge, full of light with nice tall ceilings (sound can echo a bit as a result). There are breakout rooms, making the space flexible for a variety of uses. They've got the most gorgeous patio out back and the banquet hall is extremely large and can easily fit a decent sized dance floor. I highly recommend this place. The place is already decorated - so unless you absolutely hate the way it's done, it's another hassle you can cross off your list. There is a beautiful hallway right outside that's just perfect for taking pictures of your guests as they come in. They're pretty much all-inclusive. However, for our event we opted to cater from another location, but we took the rest of their offers. Since they frequently do weddings, they have a set up Brides' and Grooms' room in the back. It's a perfect spot for hosts to stash their valuables, change of clothes/shoes, and any other miscellaneous things you'd like. Highly recommend coming here. My only recommendation - make sure you get a couple of great photographers. Your event will be absolutely stunning and I assure you that you'll be really upset if all the photos you have are selfies from your cell phone or ones that your guests take. My only regret of coming here is that I wish I had more and better pictures of the event. All our guests could not stop raving about this place! All in all, this place was a bit pricey, but it is definitely worth the price in MHO.
