The flavors were there, but I would say it was a bit muted. You get this huge pot of mussels, but the secret is that the broth and the flavors are always towards the bottom. So if you're trying to get all the flavor, head there first and then get some of the mussels that have been just sitting in that broth. Overall, I thought De Troubadour was great. Staff was not really friendly to start off. Our waitress was rude and not friendly at all! Our waitress knew we weren't from here and was getting upset when I ask about what they where serving us. The problem was that the menu is fixed. I came here hungry and I am leaving hungry. Not even the appetizer or dessert tasted good. At less the beer was nice and cold!!
