She never called back, never followed up, never apologized for her gruffness and I wasted money I didn't have to waste. I am an infrequent - but loyal client. (patient) ? I go whenever something feels "off". She is more than a chiropractor, she is a healer. And again, I mean that literally. (Not in any weird mystical supernatural way). If anything, she is more like a scientist. An expert in the science of the human body. She understands how the body works, how it responds to different situations and experiences - and how seemingly unrelated issues are actually completely connected and intertwined when followed to the source. Franca sees the connections in things I could never begin to understand, and then follows them to the source to (fix, cure, heal?) Call it what you like. To me she is just correcting something that has gone "off". I began going to Franca over 20 years ago when I worked at a lumberyard and began experiencing constant back pain. I just figured that's what working at a lumberyard does to a body. (I was wrong). She told me exactly what I was doing wrong and how to correct it so that I could prevent further pain.
