My family and I all work full time jobs which doesn't leave time for wedding planning. So, hire a wedding planner, right? We paid WAY too much and still had most of the stress. Minor problems turned into "oh, I haven't checked on the availability of that yet", and the wedding was less than a week away. The things that she did handle were table setup, decoration setup, food setup, and cleanup. Do NOT pay for last minute stuff!!! She has tables, cake toppers, and other things for rent (at an additional cost) when things aren't available because she didn't check availability.

It is cramped and on a warm day, it gets rather overheated. The ladies working there are very nice and helpful. There is a descent selection however they are so crammed on the racks some dresses with hooks or stones are snagging the dresses next to them so watch out when buying a dress. Look for snags. They also do not do any alterations in house . They can just give you a list of 4 seamstresses who work elsewhere. Most dresses range in prices from $300 to $400 each.

When you buy your dress, they post you on their social media which made us feel so much more special. The dresses are much much better priced compared to places in bigger cities that are normally $600+. They did have a $50 room in case someone needed to find a dress and didn't have much to spend. They told us they only have 1 dress of each in store so that no one buys the same dress from them which was nice to know. We will be back for more prom/formal dresses and eventually will be in their bridal shop whenever that time comes.. haha!

Zipper went up with ease, got it to the top and it came completely apart. We had to sew my daughter into dress. It was an awful situation. We only had a short amount of time and had to worry through whole night that dress will hold up. Took video to show that it was broke, left voicemail with shop. Owner called Monday. Told me she recieved my voicemail and that that is not possible with that gown. Offered to pay for a new zipper (just the zipper, not the installation). Owner is new this year, we have always bought deesses there in the past. We will never shop their again.

I was referred here by another bride and was so happy to have this as our first stop of the day. We made our apt for 10am which was perfect, they just opened and were still fresh and had their undivided attention since we were the only ones there. Amanda was so personable and made me feel comfortable. I found a dress I loved but they understood I had another appointment that day so told me that I could come back later if I still wanted the dress they would save it. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy there, they encouraged me to explore my options because they know how big of a decision this is and I really respected them for that. There are 2 show areas at this location for trying on dresses. I did end up coming back to buy my dress here the same day. The other store I went to had my same dress and even for a little cheaper but the service was no where near what I received at Bridal Elegance. The only minor con was we had to bring our own champagne/bubbles but they did provide a celebratory treat at the end. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for any bride to add this place as a must when looking for your dress! They did not require a $25 deposit either

After bad experiences at several big box and local places in both Tulsa and OKC, I didn't expect to see such great selection, prices, and service all in one little shop! My ONLY negatives would be that the owner was a little frank with the way she phrases things, and that the snaps on my dress started coming undone after trying it on only twice in store.
