It's based on a pattern of care that became clear over time. Although Dr. Aleman was pleasant during my annual physicals, I realized that whenever I had concerns throughout the year, I was almost always referred to her PA instead of being able to see or speak with my own physician. Unfortunately, I was given information that I later learned was incorrect, and it contributed to problems with my medication management. After spending many months on a dosage that wasn't effective, Dr. Aleman increased my medication to 37.5 mg in April 2026. Combined with diet and exercise, it finally worked. I lost 17 pounds and felt healthier than I had in years. At my annual appointment, we celebrated my progress together. I left believing we would continue the treatment that was clearly working. Instead, my refill was denied without any warning. It took days to get an explanation, and by then I had already gone without the medication and started regaining weight. When I finally heard from Dr. Aleman, it wasn't through a conversation--it was a voicemail saying she was no longer comfortable continuing the medication and wanted to taper me off. I repeatedly asked to speak with her directly. That conversation never happened. Within just a few weeks, I had regained weight despite continuing my healthy habits. For someone with a lifelong history of struggling with weight, that wasn't just frustrating--it was emotionally devastating. If the explanation for the lack of availability is that she was out on maternity leave, that doesn't reflect my experience. I was her patient for about three years, and her leave represented only a small portion of that time. Long before then, I found it extremely difficult to communicate directly with her because I was routinely referred to other providers instead. I understand that physicians have every right to change a treatment plan when they believe it's medically appropriate. What I cannot understand is making such a significant decision without taking the time to have a direct conversation with a long-term patient whose treatment had finally become successful. I left this experience feeling dismissed, unheard, and abandoned. That's not how patients should feel after placing their trust in their physician for years.

I would say staff is ok. FInance is a HUGE problem there. INTEGRITY AND HONESTY..... they lie right to your face. I just think people need to be aware!! Todays experience.... So today I went and screened or was going to screen for Floyd MAD study. It paid 2625 for 10 days in house and 2 out patient visits. When I phone screened the day before I asked what the breakdown of payments was. (When and how much they were paying) for example 1k when you leave and the rest after the out patient visits. The phone person said that information would be provided at screening. That they could no longer give that out over the phone. I got to my appointment (2 hour drive each way) to look at the documents on payments..... We would be in house 10 days and come back for an outpatient follow up and receive 275.00 of the 2625!!! In essence we give up 10 days and a follow up and get 275 while spaulding keeps OUR money WE EARNED in their account for an additional 20 to 30 days!!!! I asked to speak to a recruiting manager and she had so little integrity as to lie and state that Other companies in Wisconsin give you NOTHING for 21 days after completion. Naming Covance specifically. She went on to tell me that she was very close to a covance manager and they just spoke yesterday and it was confirmed that Covance pays that way. I assured her that I have done work with covance and that it was NOT my experience. She was straight up untruthful. You cant have that kind of thing going on at a facility that is putting experimental drugs into people. TIME for people to wake up and know that there are like 200 other places to go!!!!

Today was my turn at the Covid-19 vaccination clinic. These folks are ready for this with an entire…read moreclinic area set up with signs, seating, check-in window and they're ready for action. Check-in was fast and efficient, including a temperature check. Chairs are socially distanced and an associate was disinfecting chairs. I arrived 15 minutes early, it is all but required when you make an appointment. It was a good thing I was early because they were ahead of schedule (I told you they were efficient!) and I was ushered right in. A guide walked me back, which was good, otherwise they'd have to put cheese at the end of the maze. With the efficiency of a NASCAR pit crew, two nurses and a manager who happened to come into my room double-checked my ID, gave me the injection, and set up the appointment for my revisit for the second injection. I was quickly ushered out so the room was available for the next patient. So far, no side effects, and I'll be back for Round Two in three weeks.

She was very rude and abrasive and yelled at me in front of another patient for coming into the lab without an appointment. I actually had stopped in to drop off my lab order and there were only 2 cars in the entire clinic parking lot, so I asked if I could get in. The front office staff said no problem and sent me back to the lab. The phlebotomist actually yelled at me three times about not having an appointment for the lab work and told me never to return again unless I had an appointment. In addition, I highly allergic to all adhesives and the phlebotomist confirmed this. She put a bandaid on my arm so quickly that I did not see her do it and caused a significant allergic response. She tied the stretchy coban dressing on my arm so tightly that it ripped off the skin in 3 areas. I do not have fragile skin and this has never happened to me before. After telling my health care provider what happened, she urged me to call Froedert and file a complaint. I contacted the lab supervisor and left her a messege but she never responded to my call and it has been 4 weeks.

They have my mom in a hospice room however she is not on hospice just palliative care. My mother assigned me as her power of attorney and asked me to advocate for her if she was not able to do so. There has been some times that she is not able to speak Because she is in and out of coherency. Doctor Tebow, the first doctor I had to deal with literally told my mother you are going to die. This is the end of your life and your life is going to expire any day. Then he sugarcoat giving her meds so she can Passover without pain and then in the opposite tone of voice, he says or just be here in pain and keep getting poked with needles. I explained it to my mom and her exact words work. Keep me alive as long as I can. Well, in the next few days, this doctor would come in and yell and argue right over my mother's bed to me about how I am hurting her by keeping her alive and I would tell them this is what she asked me to do. I am going to do this until she tells me different. She still has the ability and coherency to make her own decisions and I ask her questions and dates and times and she answers them correctly so she is still with her wits. We then had another heated argument over my mother's bed. I tried not to yell my son was here. He recorded it. All I asked for was an IV drip to be in place which he stopped doing when I wasn't here and without my consent. This doctor has a terrible bedside manner and it seems like they just trying to hurry her along so she can pass away. I do admit she has had lots of pain, but I ask her if she wants, anything for the pain and she says no just make me comfortable to reposition her. The nurses and the nurses aids are wonderful. So, in closing , the doctors here think that they are God they do not care about what the family thinks you're supposed to listen to them and do not question them. All I know is I'm going have to live with my mother hearing to argue and fighting and the way the doctors speak to her about how she just needs to die and that it's the end of her life. This is a very traumatic experience for the both of us and it's something I will live to remember constantly until I die. Terrible terrible terrible bedside manner. Only come here if you want to die.
