Fun spot, but would grab dinner and a drink beforehand somewhere else!

Luckily my playing partners had been here before, so I had some idea of what what to do off the tee, especially on dog-leg holes. Recently aerated greens were a bit frustrating, but overall the course was in good shape. Wouldn't want to walk this course. Not hilly, but quote a few long walks between holes and around natural wooded area from tee to green. I look forward to playing again in warmer weather and smoother greens.

I always ask for a VETERAN discount, which they do not offer, but the people working in the Pro Shop have always charged me the senior rate instead. Today I followed what I always do and was told that there was no discount for VETERANS and, since I was honest about my age, was charged the full rate. I explained what has happened previously and, in the back and forth, was told that there are TOO MANY VETERANS. What? It's actually a GREAT thing that there are so many VETERANS still living and able to play golf. Very disappointing.

Every time I have tried to use it, the driving range is closed. Today I went in to get a bucket, the kid behind desk told me the range was closed. It's amazing how closed it was when there were a dozen people on it. Plus there were 5 open tee boxes that weren't being used. As I walked back to my car, this employee said "we're closed every Monday. You should have called." When I bought that range package, why didn't the manager tell me that the range wasn't available on some days. There was no attempt to accommodate at all. I play this course at least 8-12 times a year with my sons and grandkids. Folks, the two young staff members are terrible with huge egos and attitudes. You should take your business elsewhere.
