The lady at the counter acted like it was a bother for her to do anything for customers. We decided to bowl two games to start. Paid and got our shoes. Mine were too small so I went up to counter and lady acted weird that I asked for a different size. When bowling our first frame the score counter thought we had bowled our last frame. Went to counter again and the lady was irritated again. Then when we bowled our last frame it messed up again, so again, I had to go up to the counter and the lady really got irritated and treated me like I did not know the rules of bowling. While we were getting ready to bowl our second game they placed a group of 8 young guys next to us that did not know or care, about bowling etiquette. My husband had to ask one of them to move out of his way since he was standing very close to our lane. And of course, they were loud and rowdy. It was not a good experience for our first time at this place and we will not go back. Next time we will go to Milford and my guess is that any place will be better than Bowlerama in Dover, DE.
