Now their service is constantly down or intermittent. Never fails that on a Friday or Saturday, once or twice a month the service dies. Tech support is useless and they bill regardless how horrible their service is when it is brought to their attention. Unfortunately, they are the only service provider in the area or I would have dumped them when my contract expired. You'll get better service if you use your phone as a hot spot on the weekends.

We were told we would receive the device at no cost, but with a monthly fee. We never received the device and learned later that it was never ordered. When the device was ordered, we had to pay $250, in addition to the monthly fee. However, we were told the device would NOT match the promised internet speeds, and in fact, no such device exists at this time. When challenged on this, the manager explained the sales associate who made the promise was new, but no additional methods of resolving the error were offered. We also had to pay for duplicate services, incurring more costs, since the router was not ordered in a timely manner. I believe the business uses deceptive business practices to offer one thing, while providing another, hiding everything behind complex and convoluted billing statements and unwritten service offers. The shop is just inside the door of the East State Street Mall which has frankly seen better days. But there is plenty of parking, accessible access to the mall and the store. Dalton made suggestions that lowered my bill while solving my hardware problem. He gave options rather than telling me what to do and he worked efficiently in solving the problem. I came during a rush so did have to wait to be seen, but it cleared out later in the visit. They said Mondays and Saturdays are actually less busy typically.

It's completely trashing the rural landscape that so many of us moved here to enjoy. We didn't choose to live in the country to be surrounded by spammy, tacky advertising. Even worse? The company behind these signs doesn't even offer service at my address -- and I'm surrounded by them. It feels like a scam or at best false advertising. This kind of marketing should not be legal. Local authorities should be removing these signs and fining whoever is putting them up. Do better. Respect the community.
