    I wanted to become a Verizon business member but was unable to reach anyone via phone because they have an AI bot that hangs up on you.

    Watch your bills!!! They take double, or multiple and month if you dont catch them.

    It would be more efficient to put your wallet in a wood chipper. You'd still be out some money but…read morehave the rest of your day not spent in abject frustration waiting for them to come up with another mandantory fee. As bad as the store experience is their customer servce by phone. On Monday they told me I'd see a refund in 2 days. Here it is on Friday and no refund to my bank account. I'm really torn on calling them again as the last two calls required 45 minutes each of navigating voice mail hell and endless hold music.

The employees swindled me into upgrading my phone by saying I wouldn't have to pay…read moreanything out of pocket, promising me a $25 monthly credit on my bill, and also a $200 credit to trade in my current phone. They didn't have the note 5 phone I wanted in stock and ordered it for me- but, the "nothing out of pocket" I was told, quickly turned into paying $50 in tax on the phone -- out of pocket. I paid that, because they still promised me the $200 credit and said I could use it on accessories and a screen protector. When I came to pick up the new phone, they made me sign a new contract, and then told me they COULDN'T give me the $200 credit because they made a mistake and it wasn't valid on the phone they ordered for me. --Which I only had them order in the first place because they promised me nothing out of pocket, a monthly credit on my bill, and the $200 trade in credit... Not to mention, before I agreed to the upgrade, they said my bill would only go up $0.49/month. After I agreed, they forgot to mention that insurance would make the bill go up $11.49/month. -- And, if the monthly credit they promised to get me to agree to an upgrade wasn't valid on the phone, my bill would have gone up $36.49/month. The plan sounded great, at first, but there were a whole lot of "oops-es", "mistakes", and promises that couldn't be kept. They even gave ME an attitude when I asked how long it would take to re-activate my old phone, and told me I could go home and finish re-activating it myself." -- Sheesh. They refused to honor the credit, even though three employees explained how I could use it --to get me to order the new phone. They scammed me. --Total bait and switch.-- I was able to get a refund for the taxes, but still have my old phone. The customer service here is a joke. If you still go, be prepared to spend a lot more money than what they tell you an upgrade will cost, or to go through a lot of stress and hassle to wind up with the same phone you walked in with!
