When I entered the place it weirdly smelled like weed‍ (which is not an issue for me but it was just strange). The inside is really cute. When we sat on the chair on the outside, I almost fell on the chair because they are really flexible. Customer Service: The guy was really really nice. It seems like he was the owner not too sure but it seemed like that. The frozen yogurt: I honestly had WAY better frozen yogurt. I did not like it at all. The owner suggested us to use the strawberry syrup, we did but unfortunately the strawberry inside of it were rotten and tasted rotten so it messed up my whole yogurt BUT because the owner was SO NICEEEEEE he gave me a free yogurt and it was wayy better than the first one. So I was happy. Price: My total came out to be $14 for two cups. One was pricier than the other idk exactly their different price but I know they were not both the same price. I felt like I wasted the money to be honest but it is what it is. read more

Not sure what took me so long to write a review because I've been eating frozen yogurt here for YEARS. I'm not much of a dessert person but I do thoroughly enjoy frozen yogurt and in comparison to Menchie's, this spot is amazing. The texture isn't too watery and there's a variety of flavors including sorbets if you don't want dairy. It's self serve so you have the liberty of getting however much or little of anything. The people at the counter are pretty friendly and will help if needed. You can choose indoor or outdoor seating and the parking is great because it's located inside a plaza. If you want to stop by Ulta, Best Buy or Hot Worx.. all are within close proximity. I always bring people and they say it's better than other frozen yogurt places too! 10/10 read more

delicious. Vacillating between five and four stars mainly because they opened late and the owner was a bit disorganized because of it. There were five rocking horses and a 2 1/2 year-old helping his dad set up for the day. ok ambiance aside, holy hell. the plain yogurt froyo is what i came for but they didn't have it. instead they had plain yogurt Gelato!!!! i was blown away and want to live next door to this place or nanny for the owner so that i can eat it every day as payment. loved seeing a green white and red striped vespa and a bike cart gelato freezer. definitely stop by this place if you're subject to being anywhere close to it. definitely worth a left hand turn on 441 read more

Love this place. Go at least once a week. Once I discovered it became one of my favorite for desserts and cappuccino!! The service is extremely welcoming and friendly. Italian cappuccino is terrific. This tasty place has a bizarre name (how exactly do you pronounce it?), but the yogurt is very good. It's a lot like Menchie's -- self-serve frozen yogurt with a wide selection of toppings. However, unlike Menchie's this isn't a big chain. If you like to support small, local businesses, then definitely give Frogu Yogu a try. I recommend the dulce de leche, chocolate and banana yogurts. The last time I went, I mixed chocolate with dulce de leche and topped it with crumbled butterfinger bar, chocolate cups filled with rasberry and peanut butter sauce. Needless to say it was very, very good. This establishment is also family-friendly. They have interesting toys/magnets for kids to play with. read more

My stepson and I visited this place, we both had shakes. The staff was very friendly and the shakes were good. The place though has an identity crisis which , to quote a 13 year old "it looked sketch" It looks like they combined the decor of two different concepts into one. I also couldn't decide if it is trying to be an yogurt place or a coffee shop. I will definitely go back and try their coffee, wish they gave samples of the desserts to entice buying. I used to really like this place. I know they're family run and know most of the people there because both my husband and I work in the same plaza. (Him for a year, myself for a little over two). The froyo it self is good but the service not so much. Half the time I can't understand what they're saying and today was just the final straw as to why I'm even writing a review. Overall - the place isn't anything to rave about. It's good but not amazing. After eating, my husband and I sat outside on the bench next to the ash tray because we are both smokers. Nobody else was outside so we both lit our smokes. If anybody else was around we would have gone else where even though we were right next to the ashtray. One of the owners came out and told us we weren't allowed to smoke there and that nobody else can either. We asked her why there's an ashtray and she ignored it and very rudely told us we need to go somewhere else. I don't know if she was having a bad day or what was going on but the way she spoke to us was very unprofessional and rude. Even after we told her we'd move she rolled her eyes and stormed off. I understand not liking people smoking but if you're not near anybody and you have an ashtray.... What do you really expect? Just saying. read more

I had the tropical sorbet which tasted great, but was a bit softer than it should be. The store is clean and has a great selection of toppings, fresh fruit being some of the choices. They actually had two sorbet flavors which is fantastic for someone like me who is lactose intolerant. I'm giving 4 stars because I wasn't greeted when I walked in the store. The person was on the phone but could have simply smiled. When I went to pay I said hello and didn't receive any sort of response. It's not difficult to say hello to someone. read more

Yogurt is yummy always have good quality toppings fresh fruit and brand name toppings such as Reese's and m&ms they don't skimp out.

We used to come to this location because of the coupon in the palm beach coupon book, even though there is better yogurt nearby. When we were checking out, we found out that there is new ownership who is not accepting the coupons anymore, even though they have not expired. Mediocre yogurt combined with not honoring coupons that are still valid means they lost this customer. read more

I know that one man's favorite frozen yogurt is another man's fresh pile of dung and so I can give you my opinion, based on my own frozen yogurt preference. For me, I would rather eat frozen chopped liver than this grainy, icy frozen "treat." I just have to be direct ... the yogurt is not the creamy type, it is the "I taste ice granules" type. They have inexplicably decided not to offer chocolate yogurt today, only their version of chocolate "ice cream" which I put in quotes, because again there was more ice than cream, if any cream. Grainy and without a full taste of flavor, I tried both the chocolate ice cream and the cookies and cream yogurt, both of which tasted like frost with artificial flavoring. I give three stars only because they are centered on good customer service and that warrants recognition though cannot make up for bad product.
