Everything about my experience with Jamal and his incredible wife was nothing short of AMAZING!…read moreDon't let me forget their children and family who were very helpful as well. I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling. It was a drunk Barbie bachelorette themed cake and it was absolutely incredible! It's tough to find beautiful cakes that are actually good, but this cake was DELICIOUS! The place is so cute and it gives you that family feel bakery that rarely exists. They also teach classes so if you live in the area I highly recommend you check it out. To the people visiting West Palm Beach area this is your place if you need baked goods! Their gluten free was even top notch and that M (moist) word which is also unusual in my experience. They have many options of different cupcakes and other treats including Ice Cream! Go see for yourself, you will not be disappointed! Side note: Please make sure you order a cake well in advance and be patient when sending an email. They are very busy and you'll understand once you taste their deliciousness! It's worth the wait!!

The cake was absolutely delicious, and our dessert table was beautifully decorated and filled with an amazing variety of desserts. Everything looked incredible and tasted even better! All of our guests loved it, and most importantly, Alisha absolutely loved it! Working with Jamal and his team was truly a pleasure. They were professional, responsible, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. You could see the care and dedication they put into making this special occasion memorable for our family. Thank you, Jamal, and the entire Ganache Bakery team, for exceeding our expectations and being such an important part of Alisha's special day. We highly recommend you to anyone looking for an amazing cake and dessert experience! 5 stars without a doubt! Highly recommended!

Steer clear of this clip joint…read more How about 30% fee on top of your bill for service, but they don't tell you about until after the meal? It's mandatory. Real French like Pepe Le Pew. About as French a french fries and gravy on top in Montreal. Way more toothless Montreal than Paris. Typical restaurant, 30% cost of goods sold, but and also a 30% fee for delivering the food to your table... The owner's probably keep a big chunk of that. So you're paying the labor costs without any notice on the menu, and maybe the electric bill. Complete clip joint with mediocre food and a mini strip mall. French people would not be caught dumb here. You got kids? Find a bole or a first watch or a whole foods and get what you actually pay for. Not $30 for table service on top of $100 bill for soup and a real French panini. Weeeeeeeee monsewer.

This cute French bistro reminds me of the bistros I enjoyed in Paris…read more The Ambiance: Cute "very French" styled bistro with limited table availability with 7 tables two high tops and 8 bar stools inside and 3 outside tables. If you want to know how the French dine, this is the place for you. The Food: This where the bistro shines. I chose the Les OCufs Gratings which featured baked eggs with soft center, a touch of cream & melted Swiss cheese. I added the ham and spinach optional. The dish was accompanied with a toasted baguette. It was a fantastic dining experience!! In addition to my entree I also tried their raisin roll which was a wonderfully light and crispy pastry that represents French pastries beautifully. One negative, I ordered a black tea (only offered Earl Grey) and steamed milk (got hot milk). You would think a place that offers cappuccinos and lattes could be able to provide steamed milk but, obviously not here. However, I must admit, although I don't like Earl Grey tea, this version was actually ok. Service: Where the ambiance and food scores 5 stars, the service drags it all down to a 3 star experience. My server deserted me after I placed my order. Asking for more hot water (for my tea), another honey packet or anything else required me getting up and searching for "anyone" to assist. The Bottom Line: As always, my "customer so what"... would I come back: Most likely, because the food and atmosphere were exceptional, I'd more than likely put up with the service. If you don't mind paying the price of being ignored to "eventually" enjoy a fantastic meal, you'll like this bistro.

We had a choice of soup and went with the sweet potato pear. The tiers include delicious sandwiches (tuna, cucumber, egg, turkey), desserts, and scones. The scones are served with jam, lemon curd, and clotted cream. All food is made in-house or comes from a local bakery. Everything tasted very fresh. There is milk and honey on the table. The table is very elegantly set. Our server did an amazing job. He continually checked on us and kept our water glasses full. There is parking in the attached lot. I've been to many high teas and this is the BEST in South Florida. You can order A-la carte or do the 3-tier tea.

My sisters, Mom, and I celebrated my birthday at Serenity Garden tea House & Cafe a few months ago…read more Since I had never attended a tea service before, I had no idea what to expect. Serenity exceeded our expectations so much that my sisters and I returned for a farewell get together for my sister about six weeks later. The house that Serenity occupies was built in 1916 and definitely adds to the charm of the experience. The decor is quaint and 'girly' with large hats and tea pots scattered around the shelves and walls. Many tea cups, saucers, and plates are displayed throughout the shop. I was so happy that Serenity offers a gluten free menu. The first course for me consisted of a delicious sweet potato soup. I wished I could have eaten more but there was plenty more food to come. The gluten free finger sandwiches were also tasty. The chocolate covered strawberry, macaron, and brownie (all gf) finished up a filling tea service. The desserts were store bought and tasted good but they were obviously store bought and were a minor let down. We ended up boxing up some of our sandwiches and desserts to take home to enjoy later! Each of us were given our own large pot of tea to go along with our lunch. Our first visit, I chose Peach Black Tea while one of my sisters tried the Chai Black Tea. We both bought the same teas from the store in the tea house to take home with us as we enjoyed them so much. The individual tea pots are quite large, The tea pots are wrapped in large, colorful cozies to stay warm throughout our visit. My sisters and I sampled each others' tea, of course. Each of us also drank a glass of champagne. The service is attentive, friendly, and efficient. I wish I could remember the name our server as he took care of our table both times we visited. He really helped make our visits to Serenity special and relaxing. The owner and the staff really work together to make a visit to Serenity Garden Tea House & Cafe a fantastic experience for their guests. We'll be back!!

Everything was going so well until the bill arrived - glad I actually review my bills. The bartender that informed me of the Happy Hour did not provide those $50 savings to the bill and had to explain the issue to another bartender. On our drive home from Miami to Jacksonville, we traded Interstate 95 for the slower, more scenic A1A. It made for beautiful views, but after crawling through one coastal town after another, lunch became a priority. A quick search landed us at Stage Kitchen & Bar on PGA Boulevard, a restaurant I later learned had earned a place in the 2025 Michelin Guide. After one meal, it was easy to understand why. We began with two appetizers that could not have been more different, duck confit egg rolls and a grilled cheese. Calling the grilled cheese "just a grilled cheese" would be unfair. Brie melted between perfectly griddled bread kissed with white truffle oil already sounds luxurious. Pair it with a bright mango jam and suddenly a childhood comfort food becomes something unexpectedly elegant. Richness met sweetness in all the right proportions. The duck confit egg rolls were equally memorable. The duck was deeply seasoned with Middle Eastern spices, giving each bite layers of warm, savory flavor. The accompanying peanut chutney added sweetness, nuttiness, and just enough contrast to keep the dish from becoming too heavy. These egg rolls packed far more personality than their modest appearance suggested. For lunch, my wife ordered the grilled black grouper sandwich. The fish, sourced fresh from local suppliers, was flaky, moist, and clean tasting. Lettuce, tomato, onion, and a malt vinegar aioli gave the sandwich brightness without overwhelming the fish. It was simple, balanced, and exactly what a fresh fish sandwich should be. I chose Stage's signature burger, two Certified Angus Beef patties topped with aged white cheddar, caramelized onions, sunflower sprouts, and their house "fancy sauce." This is the kind of burger that reminds you why burgers became America's favorite sandwich in the first place. Cooked to a juicy medium, every bite was rich without becoming heavy. The caramelized onions added sweetness, the white cheddar delivered sharpness, and the sunflower sprouts provided freshness and texture. The fancy sauce contributed just enough heat to keep everything interesting without stealing the spotlight. Dessert continued the restaurant's habit of taking familiar flavors and giving them thoughtful refinement. My sticky rice ice cream, finished with mango sauce and toasted coconut, captured everything I love about mango sticky rice while transforming it into something lighter and more playful. It was creative without feeling gimmicky. My wife ordered three macarons from local pastry maker Macaroner, S'mores, Passion Fruit, and Lime Coconut. Each shell was delicately crisp before giving way to a soft, airy center, exactly as a proper macaron should. Stage Kitchen & Bar takes familiar dishes and quietly elevates them through technique, quality ingredients, and restraint. Nothing feels overcomplicated or designed simply to impress. Every plate feels carefully considered. Sometimes trusting Google is a gamble. This time, it paid off. Great restaurants don't always announce themselves. Sometimes they're simply waiting for hungry travelers willing to take the next exit.
