The installation took quite a while as well with the hiccups but it was worth the wait to have it done right. If you are looking for someone to come in tomorrow and get the job done this is probably not the place for you. If you are patient and are looking for quality over convenience then I would recommend Carpet City 100%.

The second size planks were on the bottom of the pile. They put down all the planks in the top boxes. They got to the last 5 boxes and discovered the other size planks. They gave us the option of tearing up the planks that were already set and they would reorder the entire floor or they would just order 5 boxes of the same size that was already down. We went with ordering the same size planks that were already down . It took another 2 -3 weeks to get it. Meanwhile our house was a real mess with furniture from the living room and dining room all over the place. No reparation for their mistake.

Drove 100 miles to pick up 160 deck spindles. Guy at the gate couldn't tell us where they were in…read morethe yard. Found the building. The spindles were on 2nd floor. Two guys working, one on the lift. People were dropping lumber over the edge to people below because the two guys were inundated. We are both 70 years old and had a hell of a time lifting bundles of spindles and taking them down a flight of stairs. Ignorance and greed at it's very best. Apparently they are making oodles of money and don't want to do anything outside of their business model.
