When we first met with Eric, there was professional discussion and general helpfulness with ideas…read more Once our non-refundable down payment was made, the working relationship changed drastically. It seemed his preferred method of communication was text message, which was fine until he started taking over a week and multiple attempts at contacts to return a message. Our timeline was discussed at length and clear, however there were days they said they would show up to start the install on our cabinets and no one showed up. These delays caused other contractors to be delayed. After installation, we expected that some things would shift and move as they do with a new construction. When Eric was contacted about a cabinet in our laundry room that was pulling away from the wall, he again did not respond for over a week. Once he did respond, he said the only way he would come look at it, would be for a fee, and this was not covered under a guarantee of workmanship. My husband told him that was ridiculous. Eric then texted my husband calling him a "cheap skate" and that it was not his fault that our walls shifted. My husband then sent him a picture text message showing that the wall is plumb, and without even coming to look at the issue, the next text response was, "a stud shifted, you stupid f@ck. fix it yourself, you oaf. Your as dumb as u look." At no point in time is this an acceptable manner for a 'professional' to communicate. I am very disappointed by not only the customer service, but the quality of craftsmanship also. I would not recommend this company to anyone under any circumstances.

I had stopped by twice, just to look around. Sometimes I'll need a stone top for a vanity or…read morecounter top, like that. Not very good vibes, the people who works there that I've met is pretty much a creep or at least has a certain sleaze factor. They can't provide a straight answer on any pricing. They have various national product endorsement supplied mostly from the suppliers and vendors and cater to uneducated consumers. At least they tried very hard to make you feel uneducated. Yelpers, if you need granite check out a couple of other outfits within a couple of hours of there. There are not many but you will be sorry if you go with these guys. If you need to get ripped off and pissed off, give them your business and your "wasted" money.

I don't have any idea what the other reviewer is talking about; they were very friendly and informative when we went to pick out our granite. They delivered on every aspect. Price was great, install was top notch, quality of the edges/seam were A-One and the granite was ready and installed when they said it would be -- no delays of any sort. We had a minor misunderstanding, not entirely their fault, just a misunderstanding, nothing major, and the owner took extra steps to ensure I was happy and satisfied when he did NOT need to. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for your granite. Great family business that does great work at reasonable prices!!

My review might seem confusing, as it has several separate parts to it…read more The first part was visiting the showroom, looking at samples, working with the sales staff and their coming to measure to the house to measure. The second part was the installation. The crew started with installing the counters and sinks in the bathrooms. Next they began working on the kitchen. During the installation, the installer received a phone call that his wife began ill and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He took the time to make sure the plumbing connections could be made, so we wouldn't be left with a kitchen that couldn't be used before he left. Part 3, Codi the installation manager came to expertly put the final touches on the install. The counters look beautiful. In the end, the counters and sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen look great and most importantly the installers wife is on the mend. We would recommend Stone Innovations for your counter/remodeling needs.

She was supportive and honest. The gentlemen that installed to counter were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained the process. Everyone was kind, knowledgable and made sure that the finished product was nothing less than perfect.
