There are too many numerous great things I can say about the owner, Moises! I called Moises…read morebusiness before I even looked at his reviews. Moises came to redo two walkways that my landscaper said he could do the pavers. I already knew while pavers make the "WOW" factor, the pavers themselves are 1/3 the cost, and the labor is about 2/3 the project. There also are some factors that play in the delay of installation that is unforeseeable like , weather, obstructions such as tree roots, water sprinklers systems, gas lines, and electric lines. Fortunately, we had none of these! I called Moises on a Wednesday, met with him the next day, called him on Friday morning, to start the job on Saturday. He gave me a two day completion installation on my walkways. His crew came in and were killing it in the over 100 degree heat. Not only did those young men finish the job in one day, they cleaned up everything like they were never there. I grew up in a family of construction and landscaping professionals, that took pride in their work and always exceeded the customer's expectations. If I did not know better, I think Moises had our DNA!!! Some of the reviews were negative, this was not my experience at all. Moises was professional, knowledgeable and a straightforward on his contracts and everything was in writing what the scope of the work is, no surprises. My brother who is a commercial landscaper and lives in Florida and told me his pricing is very reasonable compared to Florida paver experts. Moises, is my PAVER HERO, turning a stressful messed up walkway into the best part of my back yard. Hope to have him back to do my driveway soon:)

The owner, Nemesio, came to our home and was able to spend time learning what I wanted. He had good suggestions and was able to give me a bid for the job while at my home. He came in substantially less than the other company I had contacted (1/2!). He seemed honest and trustworthy and very professional, having been in business for 27 years. They came out a few days later to do the work. We had agreed on Sunday morning. They came at 7:30 am, and immediately went to work. They were quiet and didn't disturb neighbors. Even throughout the day there was NO loud music, shouting or even much equipment noise. They addressed drainage issues, poured concrete footer and put in the limestone with mortar, pulled out unwanted plants and filled everything in with dirt and organic mulch. They did a superb job on my project and when done they cleaned everything up, hosed the driveway clean and took out any residue or trash. My yard looks wonderful! I wholeheartedly recommend Rodriguez Landscaping for your next project! I will definitely be calling Nemesio again in the near future!

I'm just sorry we ever stopped because our yard became so bad between the weekly lawn service we hired and the yearly maintenance (grub control, pre and post emergent applications, all that stuff for several hundred dollars a year), by the time I begged Chris to come back, half of the front yard was dead and had to be replaced. Fortunately, not only does C&B provide weekly yard maintenance of cutting, edging, trimming, they also provide the yearly maintenance, seasonal plantings and trimmings. I would highly recommend C&B for any and all lawn maintenance. Now, I just wish they would visit Wimberley once a month so I could have the same service. (My fault ... I moved. They didn't!) Our issues were that we moved into a house that had no rain fall drainage. We'd have standing water…read morefor days and it was such a muddy mess just getting from our house to the driveway. We called 5 companies and made appointments with all of them. Only 2 showed. Since 3 sides of our house slope downward toward the house, I felt a sump pump was necessary, as did Geno, the Dallas Curb Appeal owner. My husband and I felt the cost was very reasonable based on the large order of: 1 Sump Pump, 6 water catch basins, gutter connections to an existing ridged pipe put in a pit with River Rock so the rain water would not go into neighbors yard and removal plus new install of a concrete sidewalk from our driveway to our house. Once survey was completed with contract Geno said his service crew could be out within 2 days. On Service date, 3 crew guys showed up. Since I had a scheduled Doctor appointment, I walked through what was agreed upon. The 3 crew guys all came with me and were actively listening. I went to my appointment and returned 1 hour later to the 3 guys digging in 3 different areas. With Texas clay soil being hard, I was amazed at how much they had dug. Geno arrived soon after and was doing some of the work too. He even cleaned out our pool drains, which was not in the contract! Geno tested the gutter connection to the ridged existing pipe and I could see water barely moved. He said he could take out the ridged PVC pipe and install new smooth pipe. He measured and gave us a price that we felt was fair. That was the only upsale. Geno and his crew returned the following morning and the four of them seemed to work even harder. The new smooth PVC pipe was laid in a trench dug out by a crew man. He was up to his chest in the mud. And removing the old concrete to our door was strenuous. I practically had to beg them to take a quick break for water and food. Geno had to pull out our dishwasher, which was not connected right (every time I opened the door, it would pull away from the counter). Now our dishwasher no longer moves when we open it!! An added bonus that he just did without saying anything. Geno was also very nice to his crew and I can tell that created great synergy! All 4 of them had an impeccable work ethic! After the drainage was installed, we did have a bit of communication delay for getting a quote for River Rock, palm trees and Sod landscaping. Once we received the quote, it came in lower than another quote we received from a low cost landscaper. We had 2 of the previous crew and one different one come out the next day after we received the quote. They did great! I was very impressed with the cement pathway and the river rock design!! Plus the crew fixed one of our broken in-ground sprinkler pipe, which they discovered was leaking upon the final testing of our sprinkler zones. It is so nice to have our sump pump work even when we have a light rain. Also having dirt covered makes a huge difference to the inside of the house. Before our shoes would be caked with dirt and mud, now it is much cleaner. I am very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Dallas Curb Appeal!!

We had them pull every single shrub/bush in our yard and start completely over with all Texas Native Plants. AMAZING JOB! Maria knows her plants and where to best place them - and Gino and crew are always first class and courteous and get the job done. Irrigation... We have had them convert all beds and even convert the grass sprinklers to drip irrigation. Best thing we ever did! Gino took the time to tweak the new drip system until it was just right so that we did not have run off (to avoid any fines in Plano!). We have a sloped yard and that was not an easy task - but he got it done. Synthetic Grass... We recently did a project that converted the back yard/dog run to synthetic grass...another job that they did expertly. Gino brought grass samples and did an amazing job at the installation. It's quote a process and they know what they are doing! The quality of the synthetic grass was top of the line. So glad we did the project. We have had them plant trees, do mulch, add river rock...the list goes on. No job too big or too small. Never had a complaint with this company and will continue to call on them for all of our outdoor projects.
