I was very clear about my expectations and even requested visuals ahead of time to ensure we were aligned. Unfortunately, what was delivered looked nothing like what was shown or discussed. When I saw the flowers on the day of the event, I literally felt like crying -- they were that far from what I had envisioned. After expressing my disappointment, I was told they believed they "delivered on what I paid for." They helped my two sons gift multiple Prom and Homecoming dates with beautiful corsages and wristlets. Their arrangements look identical, and sometimes more creative, than the photos they display on their website for all occasions. Katie and Leah were very welcoming to every customer entering their store. This particular arrangement was for the Celebration of Life for a dear friend who passed.
