I called, i emailed... nothing. Flower arrangement was delivered Monday. I got a call from them letting me know it was delivered but that courtesy call was way too late! The next day the flowers were delivered around 5pm, which was not a problem, BUT the flowers were clearly the cheap leftover filler flowers from the busy day before. I am tempted to call and cuss the owner out, but I will contact FTD instead and request they remove your shop. I would have understood if the owner had called and apologized, saying they ran out of flowers and would I like a refund, or delivery of the correct flowers another day. At first, I was advised to put them in water- even though anyone who has experience would know that wouldn't work. They refused to refund me the full amount of my purchase, they only wanted to refund me what they valued the eucalyptus at. I purchased a kit and expected to have bouquets matching the pictures they promised. Trying to fix their mistake was the most stressful part of getting ready the day before my wedding.
