They took my credit card information down ahead of time on the phone so all I had to do was sign the check at the end of high tea. All in all, if you know good Bbq, it probably won't impress, but if you can't find anyplace open or are staying in the hotel next door, it is fast and they do give you a lot. They also put together a "care package" for me and my husband, so we got to enjoy a cooking-free week of newlywed bliss. Finally, they are great in a crisis. The week before my wedding, the chef had an accident and was hurt too badly to cater the wedding. (Fortunately, he has recovered and is doing fine.)
