I contracted with Vital Storm to handle my ads and SEO in August 2020 and was totally catfished. Jeff is a really smooth talker and my first indication that they might be catfishing me was when he wanted a 60 day cancelation in the contract. That means if I wanted to get rid of them for doing lousy work (which ended up being the case) I'd have to continue to pay them for 2 more months. That was a deal breaker and I wanted 14 days, we settled on 30. I fired them one day after the first ad went up..it was that bad. Talk about being catfished, these guys are awful! The ad looked like it was made by a 5th grader, no call to action, generic guy with a clipboard in his hand, they made the tracking number ring on my personal cell phone not by business line, the form did not integrate with my CRM so they emailed the leads to my office staff taking up their time unnecessarily and they completely "unbranded" me , if that is a word. We spent over 20k creating our branding and web design with another company and we told Vital Storm to use all our assets including our videos, photos brand promise and our landing page. Instead they made a piece of junk landing page, unreal! Here's the worst part. Most of our leads come in over the weekend, yep you guessed it Vital Storm turned our ads off over the first weekend because and I quote "The way we see it, we don't have anyone in the office over the weekend, looking over campaigns" What? If you're looking for a dependable, honest, reliable company to handle your SEO and Social Ads look elsewhere Vital Storm is none of the above. Here's a review from one of their employees "Vital storm will charge insanely high fees but does not have the ability to deliver on what they promise clients. I worked at this company for 2 years as a Paid Search Specialist and can guarantee that they do not deliver on what they promise to the clients. I quit about a year ago due to gross negligence of management and complete lack of competency. This company also lacks basic invoicing and HR skills. IF YOU ARE USING VITALSTORM, PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR INVOICES.

It's very disturbing and unsettling that a leader would be so manipulative and hide the truth from the public. I would love to say that my experience at VS was great; my colleagues certainly were. Management on the other hand, does not appreciate transparency and outside opinions as much as their "values" preach. I'm honestly surprised they haven't been hit with an employee benefits/practices liability claim. There is a clear lack of education in the HR department that resulted in employees not receiving insurance benefits within the allotted time, per the handbook. The experience I gained at my own expense was valuable, however I would not recommend working here... You will be severely disappointed.

I contacted them in advance to confirm whether a rezoning sign could be completed by Friday, as required by the City of Rowlett, and was told yes. I submitted my order and payment accordingly. The proof was emailed to me on January 13 at 1:14 PM by Lea, and I responded on January 14 at 6:39 PM after realizing I had overlooked the email due to a very busy schedule. I even left a voicemail after hours before realizing the proof had already been sent. When I followed up to confirm whether the Friday deadline could still be met, I received an email from Lea stating: "No - It would be next week at this point unless we did a 1-day rush and it would be about 4 times more than the price quoted. Let us know what you want to do. I tried to call but I could not get you." I never received any missed calls, and no attempt was made to call my work number, which is clearly listed at the bottom of my email. I also explained that the proof initially contained an incorrect case number, despite me providing the correct information upfront, which contributed to the delay. Unfortunately, Lea's tone was rude, defensive, and aggressive, rather than professional or solution-oriented. I requested that someone in management contact me to see what could be done. When management did call me back, he sounded very young and displayed the same rude, defensive, and immature behavior. I was honestly shocked by the complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service skills demonstrated by both individuals. I work with customers daily, and if a business commits to a deadline, clear and professional communication--especially for time-sensitive approvals--is critical. A simple follow-up call could have prevented this entire situation. When I explained this to the manager, his response was that they have a lot of customers and cannot be calling everyone back because they are very busy. I'm shocked by the lack of professionalism and would not recommend this location
