Upon confirming the reservation via phone, the U-Haul location could not guarantee any of the items reserved. Long story short, Bennett Mini Storage went out of their way to get all of the items reserved brought to their location so we didn't drive all over CO picking them up. When picking up the truck, etc., Bennett Mini Storage was friendly, courteous and professional.
