I had two storage units here for more than three years while I was out of state. Adam, the manager of the DTC StorQuest location is amazing. So professional, pleasant, and goes above and beyond to keep this a well managed business. He truly cares. Ever since Adam took over managing this location (about a year ago) it's been highly organized and smooth sailing. I finally retrieved my items from storage, and that process was quick and easy also. If I need storage in the future I'll return to this location and hope that Adam will still be in charge. Thanks StorQuest, for an awesome manager like Adam. read more

First of all terrible customer service. If you do not use your unit for the whole month they do not pro rate your payment, but they tell you when you rent a unit that they will prorate payment, they just say sorry, absolutely unacceptable. All they had to do was pro rate my account, Found bugs and water in my unit, not that clean at all. I will make sure to tell everyone I know about this business. Guest service is not your top priority. William Warren group is who owns these facilities and they are terrible according to all the bad reviews on Google (3.3 stars). Glad I do not do business with these people anymore. Do not rent from these people. Take my advice. One star given to the highlands ranch location! read more

We recently rented storage space from StoreQuest in Denver, DTC, it was an easy transaction. Adam was easy to work with! I love that all their spaces are indoor and temperature controlled, the building and our unit were spotless. I would highly recommend StorQuest! We rented a 10'x15' unit, it was less money per month than other storage facilities that were outdoors. I know our "treasures" are safe. This is the place, don't look anywhere else!! read more

I couldn't be happier with my decision to rent storage space here. The manager is a really nice guy, the girls in the office are great, and the driver was also very nice. Storquest offers a complimentary moving truck and driver, the location is just under a year old, and the access hours are from 6am - 10pm. There isn't a better option in the Denver & surrounding areas for indoor self storage, period. read more

This seems like an over the top review, but I have never been so impressed with a storage facility like StorQuest. Not only is it great facilities (clean and secure) and good prices but the customer service was beyond outstanding! Both Rick Smith & Alisa Lucero were professional and an absolute pleasure to work with during my entire use of their facility. They went out of their way multiple times to help accommodate my needs and make my move as simple and easy as possible. Watch out for their hidden costs! These folks are pros at hitting you with hidden costs! We live in a condo and extra storage is a way of life so this isn't our first rodeo. We called to ask about rates and availability. Got the basic answers but realized a few details were never mentioned. So we called back. When asked directly, they confirmed they require renters/homeowners insurance. OK, no prob. We have that and they said they are fine using ours. When we arrive to sign up there is just one person working and we are told it would be 30+ min wait until she was done with the other customer. OK, seems like there should be more than one person running the place, but so be it. We wait. Once we are being helped, the first issue is the lackadaisical policy on security. As we are given the tour and shown our unit, we are told that they are ok if we prop open an exterior door when we move our items to make things easier for us. We are even shown a rock we can use to prop the door open. It didn't make us feel good that they are ok with exterior doors being propped open and unattended... Next issue is we have our own insurance and aren't going to use their incredibly overpriced insurance. Their insurance is about 300% overpriced (marked up). We heard them sell the person before us on their insurance as a mandatory and suggesting they'd only accept their insurance. But we get past that. Next is the admin fee for signing up. =\ OK, fine. Lastly - they designed their storage unit doors so you cannot use your own lock. You have to buy their lock from them. =( How much, $27 for something that is $5-10 at any major retailer. Within the first 5 minutes of a business relationship they are already hitting us with 3 extra, overpriced costs... what does that say about the way they will treat us for the rest of our business relationship over months/years...? Frankly, if they were upfront about their costs... even charged $5 more a month and included a 'free' lock, we would have been fine. Instead they resort to surprise information when you are in their office so that people feel compelled to pay the extra costs on the spot rather than leave and start all over with another rental place. It's the purposeful trickery that had us walk out and do business with another company. read more
