Shannon and Stefan were always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful through the two-and-a-half months that we used ExtraSpace. The facility is also very clean and stayed totally dry during the epic September rains we had -- a bonus since we had to move more furniture into the facility when our basement flooded! They were very responsive, accommodating, and totally on top of things -- it made the whole experience great. Another thing to know about this facility is that it can accommodate large semi-truck sized moving trucks in some of its bays, and your average Budget/U-Haul truck can pull up right in front of any of the units since it is all on one level with very wide aisles, unlike the multi-level, enclosed storage you find elsewhere. That made it super-easy to move things in and out, and it's conveniently located near I-70, thus easy to get to. Oh, and their prices were better than the one in Stapleton, for example -- look on the web to get the best deals!
