The floor was NEVER ordered. Instead he went and spent the deposit money and when it came time to install the floor (2+ months later) he told me he never received the floor because it was on back order. I actually contacted the flooring company direct and found out he was lying, that the floor was not on backorder, that the problem was he had not paid them for the floor therefore they could not ship it. Then I find out he doesn't have the money to pay for the floor and I had to overnight a check to the flooring company in order to get them to release it. Not only is this guy Ryan a scam but he sucks at installation to. I had to use my Amish crew to finish the job. He talks a big game but he is a total scammer. BEWARE do not let him scam you.

James ordered 1907.50 of carpet, LVP, and supplies on February 24, 2024. After dozens and dozens of calls he said he will send me something because he made so much profit off his recent customers. That amounted to a payment of only $200.00 on June 26,2024. I will continue to keep you updated.

So I called the number that was on the confirmation email only to be told that he had called that morning to see if he could come out as he was in the area and no one answered the phone. He didn't leave a message or request a call back, he just didn't even bother to show up!! Then proceeds to tell me that my job is really small and that he wouldn't come out for less than 700.00 minimum. Wow! I didn't bother to tell him that my entire 1600 square foot basement needs hardwood since he didn't seem to want to work for such a "small job"....I will NEVER call them for anything that you can bet!
