Scott showed up to return the repaired furniture precisely on time on the promised completion date with the dresser and the nightstand. When he set it back down in the bedroom alongside the rest of the bedroom set, he acknowledged what we already new. The color was slightly off and the shine did not match. He immediately announced that he was taking the items back to his shop to achieve perfection. He returned the next day and the repairs were, in fact, done to perfection. As if that wasn't enough, while he was returning the furniture, I asked him about a small damage to our laminate wood flooring. He made the repair on the spot and did not ask for any additional money.
