Overall it seemed like he did a good job with the inspection, but his customer service was horrible. I was out of town when he came through, but had someone check on the place the evening he came over. Good thing I did because lights were left on all over the house. Also, I had turned off the water and drained it because it was winter and again I was out of town and didn't want any random pipe issues to occur while I was away. He left the water on and didn't drain the pipes after testing everything. To me, just leave the property in the same condition it was when entered. It's not hard to turn off the lights or shut the water off. The thing that bothered me the most however was he had to come over 48 hours later to retrieve his radon kit. We hadn't heard what time he was coming over so my relator contacted him to ask him to give us a timeframe of when he was planning to return. He never gave us a time, but instead just waltzed into my home unannounced to retrieve his radon detector. To me it is inexcusable behavior to enter someone's home without their approval. Like I said, the inspection seemed well done, but if you are looking for someone who exhibits honesty, integrity and professionalism, Scott isn't it.
