I will be looking elsewhere as this location seems to have taken a dive. Update - Even after I called another local agent and he relayed to them I would be leaving I still have not heard back from Ben Parsons. I called Statefarm directly and in 15 minutes accomplished what I had tried to do with this office for the last two weeks. Needlessly saying I took my business elsewhere as this place shutdown for service. It's not hard to return phone calls or at least keep pace with other Statefarm agents
