I really appreciate the staff of Southeast Independent Delivery Service for clearly and consistently communicating the scheduling and delivery process. Our furniture was delivered and installed inside the window they promised, the two man crew was very professional and friendly and took extreme care to protect our purchase and our property. Although one of the delivery members was on his first day on the job, the lead has 14 years of experience and demonstrated his expertise throughout the process. Our furniture was assembled inside our living room, the lead ensured everything was perfect and verified there was no damage or defects and that all the controls on the multiple recliner components all functioned correctly. Once I signed off the delivery and installation the lead and helper made sure everything was cleaned up and removed from our property and told us if we find any issue we have 14 days to report these on top of any other warranties on the furniture. This is an outstanding company and I'm thankful Rooms To Go contracts and trust them to support their customers' purchases...

We were told the breaker needed replacing which he had to order the part for and come back. He did. It did not fix the problem and when we called back, we could not get through for weeks to a live human. I left messages and no one returned my call. I texted Wally and never received a call back. I finally got through to someone a month later. She scheduled the guy to come back. He came to the door, never stepped foot back inside, told my husband that there was nothing else he could do for us. He said it was working fine when he left. He said our house was too old. Side note, I have asked this same company twice for an estimate on rewiring my "old house" and have NEVER gotten this estimate. I am assuming they are flush with cash and do not need the business since this would be a good deal of money and something I need done.

He is 100% reliable, shows up when he says he will and doesn't leave until the job is finished and finished right! We are always surprised how low his invoices are, in fact we think he undercharges us! We make our living with vacation rentals/AirBnB properties, and he is our ONLY choice for the two in Central Florida. Professional, courteous, extremely high quality, no job is too big or too small, we can't recommend Alex and Knight Residential Services any more highly!
