My dog over the weekend happened to step on one of these nails and their response was, "oh those guys never do that". No accountability, no remorse. As the gutter installers finished and had to paint the remaining gutters, they decided to spray paint the gutters on my freshly laid sod. When I expressed my displeasure, the project manager said "I'm sorry to hear that". Be careful when using this business they seem to not have much common sense.
