    We've had Utility Telecom ISP services for years now. We've gone from bonded T1s to a 100mbps…read morefiber line (installed by AT&T). We also have use their managed router service, and they handle our BGP config as well. Recently, we also migrated telephone DIDs from AT&T copper PRI circuits to Utility Telecom SIP trunks. There was some troubleshooting required to get the trunks working, as our phone system (Shoretel) did not list Utility as a certified partner. But Utility was happy to work with our Shoretel maintenance provider to get the issues worked out, and it has been working flawlessly since. Internet service has been dependable. We've not had any outages since moving to fiber. We had some outages when we were on T1s, but that was AT&T's issue, not Utility. Prices are good. Thier prices are competitive for ISP services, and their SIP prices were better than any other quotes we got. Billing is simple and easy to understand. The people are nice. There are people to talk to, and not just in a call center. You can actually talk to the same person if you call more than once. They have always been willing to work with me to configure solutions that meet our needs.

My buyout for two locations is $6,000 10 phones and have been with Utility for about 4-6 years. If you have service with Utility Telecom make sure your account does not include auto renew. They are not willing to work with me on these two locations. I was looking to switch as my website needs a chat feature and the new provider offers web chat and language features. Before this everything with service has been wonderful. Call Utility and have them remove your auto renew.
