I've been wanting to get our house wired for Ethernet for a while now, but didn't have the knowledge to run wiring for a two story house. The guy wires to our 30 year old roof antenna snapped in the New Years Eve wind/rain storm and our antenna was blown off our roof. Work was around 12 runs which included 2 APs being mounted, pulling coax for internet, and installation/mounting of a rack for what's essentially an MDF (really just a walk in closet). I would hire Thomas for all of my networking and cabling work. He is the best and a professional. I would have gave him more than 5 stars, but that was the only choice for maximum kudos. I am forensics engineer with a professional engineering license. I am either in the field working on gathering evidence, or in my office located within my home. In the past I have had AT&T service come in to upgrade my phone system from POTS to VOIP, and in the process they screwed up the entire CAT6 system. I then canceled AT&T and contacted WAVE Broad band to upgrade my telephone system and high-speed internet. When they came in they could not figure out what AT & T had done to screw up the cabling and network system so they ran an extra cable directly to my phone system to make the telephones work, and in doing so, they further screwed up the entire cabling and network system in addition to leaving unprotected and unterminated wires hanging out of the wall as well as a total mess at the service box where all data enters or exits the system. I decided to contact a professional firm to correct then entire system so it worked as it should to allow all phones, internet, and networked equipment operate / function properly. I hired Thomas Allen for the job. When Thomas arrived and observed what the others had done, I thought for sure he would pass on the project. However, within the first 10 minutes he knew exactly what needed to be done.
