Computer Doctor answered my call and told me I could drop computer off. I did so, and within a couple of hours, he let me know he was working on it. That same evening, he then texted me to let me know it was fixed (it was!). Thank you very much, and highly recommend Computer Doctor. He does go in and out from his office so you may need to time it a bit, but well worth it.

Never again!!! Money hungry rip-off business. Wanted over $200 without asking the problem, Then…read morequoted less than $200 then told me to bring it in and he would look at it and diagnose the issue for free and then would give me a quote. He knew the problem after I told him the issue. So when I got there he didn't even look at my computer first just had me fill out the pay agreement in case I wanted him to fix it. He then didn't say what the problem was took about 30 seconds and turned back on my pop-up blocker. $600 per hour! I can't wish negative towards his business but I won't be said if it goes under!
