They kept needing to enter the unit to "install facilities". The keypad at the entry had numerous failures. With the impending opening of Bucky's ( a Texas sized convenience store) making this reverse-diamond freeway intersection a potential nightmare (except after 10 pm, lol), I'm going to seek a different storage place, one with more freedom and less reliance on electronics and apps.

Please don't use Great house storage and if your stuff is there it very well could be covered in mouse poop. I put all a majority of my things there while my house was for sale and I have to throw a majority of it away because it is covered in rodent feces. The people there do not care, told me I could mitigate their rodent issue for them, and are charging me until I can get the rest of my stuff that isn't ruined. So we stopped in to get it and our code didn't work. Luckily someone who is an employee went through with a remote and let us in. We talked to her she claimed that they had a new employee and she must have been mistaken with the dates. But when we went around to get our cement block another camper was in our spot. This is considered stealing.....
