I recommend Save Mor Storage because of it's convenient location, 24-hour access, safety features, and quick service! I called and was lucky enough to get a storage unit just days before I needed it. I've used another storage facility in town before and was hesitant trying a new one, but appreciated how Save Mor has alarms for the units and a gated space! It is still accessible to customers through a 24-hour code box which was really helpful when moving places. Pricing was also one of the lowest I found in the area. read more

We shopped around with at least 5 or 6 other storage facilities, and Sav Mor offered the best pricing for their units, while also having availability. Other facilities can be impossible to get into and are ridiculously expensive. We were simply looking for a place that would allow us to store our things at a good price and with good security, but they were so much more than that. 24 hour access was extremely convenient both times we stored here, and the customer service in getting a unit and leaving it both times was great! We just moved out for the second time and I received the greatest possible customer service. The woman at the front desk initially told me they would have to charge us for the entire month because I didn't provide enough notice to prorate, but even then she was so kind and understanding in enforcing her company's policy. Just a few minutes later, I got a call from her and she was able to turn things around for us and override the policy! Long story short, I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service we received. We will definitely be repeat customers for any future storing needs. read more

I've been a customer of Savemor for more than 10 years now, having given them close to $20k over the years. You'd think they could cut a long-time customer a little slack. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend them as the best storage alternative in the area. You owe it to yourself to shop around. Due to being acquired by a corporation, they've become increasingly inflexible in their business dealings. Recently I called before the monthly deadline to authorize a credit card payment and, not reaching an actual human, I left a message to that effect. The following day I called again but was charged a late fee, because they didn't have my new card number on file the day before. The unforgiving software they use now allows no local management override of the company's payment system. Welcome to corporate America. Over the years I've had leaks in the roof over my storage units. Sure they've been fixed, but usually after the fact. The units seem to fill with dust much more than storage units I've rented in other locations. Since I live in another part of Colorado now, it's going to take considerable effort to rent a truck, collect my things and move them, but I believe the time has come. read more

If I could give this "establishment" zero stars, I would. First of all, the gate that is suppose to be "secure" is not. It's apparently broken. Meaning the space isn't secure... Second, we got to the office and instead of the manger using multitasking skills we had to wait 30 mins before we were even asked how we could be helped and then she VERY SLOWLY began the 5 page paper work process that took total an hour to complete from the time we got there. The manager also had dogs behind the counter that barked at customers...& when the phone rang, she would not answer it. It rang about 4 times through us being in there with out any answer from any staff. Thirdly, we weren't shown how to properly open our gate so then I proceeded to call the front desk (3 times no answer) & then magically a guy appeared to show us how to open it. He was very helpful. Then when the storage unit stuck we called the front office again (3 more times) someone answered on my 6th try of calling, to get assistance considering our unit is a mile if not more from the front office. Not only is there a broke fence next to our storage unit but I didn't see a single security camera. I recommend storing your belongings elsewhere if you want to be treated like an actual human being. read more

I have a similar situation to that of the other review posted. We have been customers of Savemor for more than 15 years. We have 2 storage units and have given them well over $50,000 over the years. I have never really liked the facility, it is extremely run down and there is little to no upkeep on the units, but it was close to our office, so we dealt with it. The ladies that work in the office are BEYOND rude even calling and asking a simple question. So rude that is even ridiculous at times. There was recently a mix-up at our bank and they depositing funds into the wrong account. Due to THEIR error we unfortunately had a few bounced checks. Savemore called to tell us about the bounced check. We told them that the issue had been resolved and put the check back through. Not only did they refuse to put the check back through, but we had to bring them cash immediately and they went on to say we could no longer pay them with a check in the future. We have NEVER had a payment issue like this or bounced a check in the past, ever! She was one of the least understanding, most impolite and crude people I have ever talked to. We told her we would take our business elsewhere and she couldn't have cared less. For a company to not only treat their customers that way, but customers that have been around for that many years, absolutely blows my mind! We are removing our belongings and moving them somewhere immediately. Terrible company, employees and business practices! read more
