We've tried to reach back out to clean up what they complained about but it seems like they are unwilling to help us at all. Incredibly disappointing that they are not willing to work with us in this time of need. I've heard from at least another family that had the same issue with them. If you can afford a mover then go with someone else so you don't have your time wasted. If you're getting support from Homeward Alliance then you need to make sure that every inch is of your house is cleaned and packed perfect before they will even consider helping you- and you only get one chance.
