Having just moved to the area and unsure how long since the last inspection had been carried out and noticing there may be some unwanted rodent guests in our roof, we engaged Prince Termite & Pest Solutions to do whatever was needed to ensure the creepy crawlies stayed outside of the house. It's a owner-operator business and the gent at the helm is a friendly and no-fuss kind of bloke. Bonus points for not treating me, as some trades a notorious for, as the lady of the house without a clue. He was efficient, affordable and he's been helpful post-inspection with a few handy tips on keeping those rodent house guests out of the roof. Definitely a handy number to have in your phone for all your pest-inspection needs.

The estimated time required for the job was spot on and Ross and his team were incredibly efficient with the asbestos removal. They also took great care not to damage our VJ walls and polished floors. To keep it as brief as possible here READ THE FINE PRINT. They hide behind sub clauses. It first started when they doubled my site clear quote once the contract was signed and my house was sold. The quote was12k plus $4k dumping to $25k plus up to $9k dumping. Apparently there was a rise in costs. But you would think that if I was an existing contract they would honor their quote (and words to get me to sell through them) but they didn't. They ordered me to remove 19 meters of my boundary fence 10 days before handover (when it wasn't in the scope of works, when I asked them a month before and they said I didn't have to do it - when they had 5 months to tell me so I could seek permission from my neighbours) They basically blackmailed me by saying if I didn't do it they would take me off the schedule which would have resulted in $950 in penalties per week until the "matter was resolved". This resulted in me now being responsible for all costs involved in replacing the boundary fence which has exceeded $9k They sold my home to the first person who saw it for $89k - I received $15k which was to be put towards clearing the remaining debris. They are completely dishonourable and they flat out lie. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING - DO NOT MAKE DEALS WITH THEM OVER THE PHONE FOR ANY ASPECT OF YOUR DEMO. The demo "crew" themselves are unprofessional, leaving the house unsecured and using a decommissioned toilet then lying about it. Disgusting. Honestly the list goes on and on - as I said I have written a chronological detailed document explaining my experience with this awful company. I will try to put the full review on as many places as possible and those who want to know more can search for it. It is a shame I can't do it her. I WISH SOMEONE WARNED ME! It would have been cheaper to simply knock the house down and dump - plus it would have saved me so much stress. They do not care about you - worst experience ever- steer clear!
