A pillar in the community. I hope everyone understands that the Glenoaks Elementary School culture…read moreis extremely welcoming of everyone. They are helpful and caring. The parent organization goes out of their way to to support all children, especially the kids whose parents have to work and who cannot do everything the participating parents do altruistically. Everyone seeks the truth. No one jumps to invalid conclusions. Bliss!

Something needs to be said about Glen Oaks Elementary School…read more.. To all the staff helping with pickup -- the teachers, aides, cone crew -- please chill out a bit. This is an elementary school, not a prison yard. The energy out there feels tense for no reason. There's a lot of yelling, finger-pointing, and attitude. Kids are small. Parents are just trying to pick them up. It doesn't need to feel so aggressive every day. A smile goes a long way. A calm tone goes a long way. Instead of acting like wardens, try creating a space that actually feels safe and welcoming for the kids. And this isn't just about pickup -- it feels like a bigger issue with how some staff carry themselves. Having a degree or a position doesn't mean people owe you anything. Respect goes both ways. Hopefully the principal takes a look at this and reminds the team: lead with patience, not pressure. These are children. The environment should reflect that. This is an everyday occurrence and a sad experience

However, Ms. Joyce and Ms. Melo in Room One made her feel comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning, and she adjusted much more quickly than we expected. The entire staff was also incredibly supportive and caring throughout the process. At one point, there was a third-party after-school program that did not meet the expectations of parents, Ms. Rohini, the head of school promptly dealt with the issue. That experience reassured us that everyone at the school genuinely prioritizes the well-being of the children above all else.

My daughter adores all the teachers. One thing that really stands out is the communication. The school is very responsive and consistent with emails and updates, which gives parents a lot of peace of mind. They also offer enriching extracurricular activities including violin and piano lessons, Chinese classes, soccer, and dance, which has made the experience even more well-rounded for our daughter. Our daughter has learned and grown so much since attending Flintridge Montessori. At only four years old, she can already read, do math, and even knows her flags. Seeing how excited she is to learn makes us happy as parents. We've had a wonderful experience and plan on enrolling our younger son there as well.

It used to be a good agency years ago!!…read more Staff constantly changing...hard to keep up with behaviorists that don't show up on time and chronically late to sessions. BF Agency does not do anything about it. They set rules and guidelines that benefit the company and not the child. Cancellation line hardly picks up the phone during normal business hours and they expect you to notify the office by calling but no one picks up...or they are half asleep when they finally answer the phone. Worse agency to work with...too bad it's going down .... Behavior Frontiers saw better days ...down..down..done.......

After having my son on a waiting list for a long time, the services received were not at all what…read morewas expected,in the 5 months my son had services with this company his therapist changed about 5-6 times if it's actually not more, not to mention the amount of cancellations you will get, it's so bad that you will actually be surprised if they actually did show up,they ill be there for at least a week then start cancelling at least 2-3 sessions a week,Raissa Echavarria was out case supervisor and all she would do was apologize and promise that they would try their best, she would lie about how long the therapist were employeed to keep you getting their services, and obviously after seeing how the therapist worked you would realize that they were newly hired with no experience at all, therapist would show up and look lost,I would have to be the one telling my son what to do because the therapist didn't know how to approach my child!!!Did I mention she thinks ok to give this kind of service because she thinks that someone paying a PPO insurance is funded by the insurance, trying to say that my son is getting free services when his services were actually only covered 80%,and obviously the more upsetting part is that knowing their employees will be moving ot of state, they decide to assign them to your case knowing damn well that the following month they will be sending a new face ,but the final straw is seeing how my son was always ready and to ust have someone not show, that really pisses me off,my son being a fast learner, pulling out his little table and chairs to just have session cancelled,my son deserves better!!! SO IF YOU WANT THE BEST FOR YOUR CHILD,YOU WILL DEFINITELY BOT FIND THAT WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
