Dave, Jordan (both of them), Mike... all incredible instructors. They're all highly focused on…read moresafety. They're motivational, supportive but also push you out of your comfort zone. Handgun 1, 2 - foundational. I wish everyone who owned a firearm would take these. And from them. Handgun 3 - FUN. DYNAMIC. FUN. Little intense. But only enough to make it interesting. Scott the owner is so funny. All are a wealth of knowledge and skill. Will be taking more classes for sure! Highly recommend them.

Spent a very educational and eye-opening weekend with ITTS' new class, Tactical Concepts. This…read morecourse filled a critical gap in my firearms proficiency - bridging the space between pure marksmanship and real-world application. The class provided structure, guidelines, and valuable considerations on when to use lethal force, how to apply it effectively, and how to do so while minimizing collateral risks and maximizing the chances of prevailing in court (especially important here in California). Most importantly, it emphasized how to carry yourself in a way that reduces the likelihood of ever needing to deploy lethal force in the first place. For context, I have a competitive shooting background and am confident in my ability to put accurate rounds on target quickly - both in a square-range and more dynamic settings. My weakness? Applying that skill in real-world situations. Marksmanship is just one side of the coin. Tactics - the knowledge of how and when to employ that marksmanship - is the other. This class helped tie those two sides together, showing how to maximize survivability during an incident and in the post-incident aftermath involving law enforcement, prosecutors, jurors, and the inevitable Monday-morning quarterbacks. Looking forward to ITTS creating Tactical Concepts 2 and 3... Highly recommend for anyone who wants to take their skills beyond just hitting the target.

Its been a year or more since I was last there due to surgeries BUT…read more.. The Best staff, RSOs, even parking is great. Go figure. Funny to me..Check in. Senior lead woman was teaching a new employee. "OK so this man has VET on his CDL and while he looks like Jesus I'll bet right now he is a retired Police Officer. He left his rifle case outside but he is CCW right now because he followed the posted rules. Am I wrong Sir?" She was dead on

I've enjoyed shooting at Angeles Shooting Ranges over the years, which is why this experience was…read moreso disappointing. The range officer, James, was rude, unprofessional, and used profanity while interacting with customers. There is no excuse for treating paying customers that way. After my target frame broke while I was shooting, James ordered me to retrieve the broken frame. I complied, but afterward I reviewed the posted range rules and could not find any rule stating that customers are responsible for retrieving broken target frames. My issue isn't with following reasonable instructions--it's with being spoken to disrespectfully and being expected to follow what appeared to be an unwritten policy. If retrieving broken target frames is an official requirement, management should clearly post it instead of leaving customers to be confronted over it. After reading other reviews, I noticed multiple customers describing similar experiences with the same range officer. It makes me wonder whether customer feedback is actually taken seriously, because the same complaints seem to have been raised repeatedly. Safety is critical at any shooting range, but professionalism and respect are just as important. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses both the behavior of its staff and the lack of clear communication regarding this policy.
