last year 2025 in the month of july my cadillac lyric which had an issue with the main battery needed to be replaced. left the vehicle with frost with full faith as it was my original dealership where i bought this vehicle through umesh mahajan my salesperson. the lyric was with the service department for more than a month and we were provided with a rental vehicle, which frost gm and general motors were suppose to pay the bill - never happened. i have ben told by my service advisor nilesh malkan that the bill will be taken care of i don't have to worry. at present the same bill that has not been paid by frost gm has been put into collection by enterprise against my wife's name. this is a very bad service delivered by cadillac and their dealership frost gm. on top no one is taking responsibility to look into and provide me the solution. i'll make sure if anyone ask me about frost gm i'll never recommend them to go buy or service with them. read more

The Good: My wife and I have been dealing with Ramsay in the Service Department since he moved to Frost from another dealership. He is knowledgeable, personable, and accountable. He is someone that you can count on to ensure that your vehicle is properly serviced and you are not being gouged. I would recommend him to anyone, every day of the week. The Bad: It has now been exactly 2 months that the Leasing Manager, Pete Pithia accidentally overcharged me $100 on the buyout of my vehicle. To his credit, he acknowledged the error and apologized. However, after following up with him several times, I finally sent the email below to the General Manager of the dealership last week. I have received No Response at all. While I do appreciate that mistakes happen (I make my share too), its how you manage them that is truly important. You can judge for yourself if you think this is how a dealer should treat their customers. My phone number is also included, in case you want to speak to me about my experience firsthand: I am looking to make a complaint around the service that I am (not) receiving around one of your employees. I was overcharged on the purchase of a vehicle, and while your employee has acknowledged and apologized for the overcharge, and has promised to send me the refund (on multiple occasions), in every instance it does not occur in the committed time frame, nor is there a follow-up to me on the status of this refund. I am not sure why I have to be the one to continually chase for resolution on someone else's error for almost 2 months, or why there is no accountability by your staff. My wife and I have been leasing and buying vehicles from Frost for over 10 years and were hoping to continue what I thought was a relationship based on mutual respect. However, there appears to be a glaring, ongoing gap in accountability and client service which I find both disappointing and concerning. If there is any interest at all in making this right, I would appreciate follow-up by someone who is genuinely interested in keeping their customer happy and more importantly, doing the right thing. I had dropped my car off on Thursday to replace the brakes. It was promised that it would be finished by Monday. I had not received a call Morning. So I called the dealership Monday morning, afternoon, Tuesday morning, afternoon, only to be transferred to a line that no one answers. i asked for a shuttle to pick up my car, they said they sent the shuttle but no one came. I had been waiting for 6 days total, until I went to the dealership on Wednesday afternoon to pick up my car. That is when I met the Service Manager: MARK REED. I asked him for my car. He said that he would not give it to me. Being as it was a company car (the company I work for) he said that it was not my car. i brought the car to this dealership and he would not give it back to me. I told him I cannot wait any longer for my car and I would take it to another dealership for repair. He still would not give me the car. I told him I will be making a formal complaint. A complaint has been filed with BBB, Chevrolet Head Office and my company's fleet service. I picked up my car at 5 pm where I had received a bill of over $2300 for brake service!!!!!! I had not been notified of the other servicing that was performed. I have never been more disrespected and treated like garbage. The dealership manager took me aside and told me he was understaffed the day prior, which didn't explain the other 5 days my car was at the dealership. I write this review in hopes that no one else is treated the way I was when I had taken my business to this dealership. Telling me that the car I brought to this company was not mine was disgusting to hear from a SERVICE manager. Not communicating with me about what will be worked on my car and over charging was the last draw. I will never bring my car to any Chevrolet/GM dealership. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any shop. Completely disorganized, rude and terrible communication. read more

Never in my 40 years of driving a GM vehicle, have I had such a hard time getting a warranty issue resolved. I bought my Equinox in November 2105 right off the lot. Spring of 2016 I had a recall notice, that took me a year to have repaired because "parts were not available" Now I have a rust issue that I have been trying to have fixed since August. First I was told, the body shop was moving and not opening again until October. At this point I feel I should have been referred to another dealer who could make the repair. In September, I had another warranty issue that had to be repaired. I was shifted to 3 different people in the service bay, only to wind up talking to the first one I saw. The issue was handled quickly, and repaired in a few days. However, I once again mentioned the rust. This time pictures of the problem were taken, a note was put on my file, and I was assured the Body Shop Manager would get back to me as soon as possible. A couple of weeks later, I still hadn't heard so I called and spoke to the Service Manager, who took all my information once again, and promised he would hand this directly to the Shop Manager. Today, Oct. 17, 2017 I went in to the service bay again and spoke to the Service Manager, who went to get the Shop Manager, who took more pictures and promised to call me before then end of day today. It is not 4:35 pm and I am still waiting for that phone call. This was the first car I bought at Frost, and sad to say, after 40 years of driving GM, this may be my last one. read more

Excellent experience ... and best deal around ! I recently decided to replace my car with a Chevrolet, and engaged with a number of GM dealers across and beyond the GTA. She then worked on sourcing and procuring that rare enough vehicle that couldn't be found off any dealer inventory across Ontario. I wish I could give negative stars. The customer service at the service department is the worst I have ever seen or experienced. When I pulled up to the big bay doors for service both have green lights above them. I assume meaning open for service. After 15 min of sitting in the car the other door opens not the one I am parked infront of. Okay. Pulled back an then moved over to go Into the service. I pull in. There are 3 customer services reps. No one greets me. Gives me any directions of where I should go or who I should talk to. I have one woman flirting with a service guy. Another gentlemans head in his computer (fairly prob working on finishing up) a 3rd on her phone. No one lifts there head. Someone must have pushed a button to open the big bay door. But who ever that was. Must have left the building. So I wait infront of the girl on her phone. 10 minutes. Doesn't even lift her head until one of the service techs asks her a question. Again. No one has even recognized me as the the customer. After a total of 25 minutes of waiting. I just left, called the service department canceled my appt and filed a complaint. I then get a call from the service manager. Who Provided me with an obligatory apology. But If I was managing this pathetic group, I would have protocols in place on how to Greet and deal with the customer as soon as they walk in the building. If I can give my experience here 0 stars I would. It took 4 months and 6 days to get my car repaired - partially because the shop inflicted some damage - scuffs and scratches. Horrible communication, very little regard for follow through. As the manager said himself "we dropped the ball in every way possible on you" and "I know you won't ever trust anyone here because of all this". I truly enjoy my car but the service will deter me from ever purchasing another Buick or anything by this brand. I honestly was embarrassed telling anyone why I am still driving a different car as my car was in the shop from February 1 to June 6. On April 17 I picked it as fixed to learn that it was not fixed and the claim made was "I don't know why no one test drove it after repair" and it had number of scratches and scuffs. Then I was told scratches and scuffs were fixed to pick up my car on May 18, alas scratches and scuffs were still present - spoke to manager and he said "next time I will do a walkabout myself before we call you". Definitely not an experience I would ever want to relive. read more
