One of the worst experiences I've ever had. I genuinely feel like I was scammed…read more I was quoted $1000 to fix the rear bumper on my 2012 Camry, including pulling the frame so the bumper would align properly. I specifically confirmed this before agreeing. However, when I picked up the car, there was a huge gap between the bumper and the body because the frame was never fixed, yet I was still charged the full amount. I was also asked to pay before I could properly inspect the car and felt rushed to leave. On top of that, they installed a side skirt without my approval. I had only asked about it, but they went ahead and installed it and then tried to charge me $190. Even after I initially refused and asked them to remove it, I was pressured into keeping it. After inspecting the car later, I noticed my tail light had been cracked during the repair, something they never mentioned. When I called back, the owner denied ever saying the frame would be repaired and kept changing his story. Overall, I was charged $1000 for a poorly fitted bumper, had unauthorized work done, and my car was returned with additional damage. Very dishonest experience. I will not be coming back.

You'll never find this place unless you were referred by a friend or extensive search in google or…read moreyellow pages. But when you do find them it'll be hard to go anywhere else. It's a small team working here, Ly and Jon are the mechanics I've dealt with. They provide superior customer service and honest timeline and issues with car. Thy were able to pinpoint issues quickly and provide a quick service turnaround. Despite the shop being small, they manage and runs a clean shop. The cost of service is a lot cheaper than heading into a dealer. Bonus! I've come here several times for many maintenance and service due dates for my car and each experience has been great. Anyone who comes here should be greatly satisfied as well. Peace out!

I called to confirm the availability of the item, and when describing the hood, I also noted the price. I was told by an employee (let's call him employee #1) that it was still available and to come by to take a look. After driving 30 minutes, I was led to the back of the shop to inspect the hood by employee #1. It looked identical to the photos and I told them I would purchase the item. However, employee #1 informed me that there was "no way I was only paying them $150". I was shocked. I pulled up the Kijiji ad on my phone to show employee #1, who told me that it wasn't correct and that the price was $200. Another employee (#2) walked by and stated that he had listed the item for $150 based on what employee #1 had told him. We went to employee #1s office, and again looked at the kijiji ad on his computer. He then changed his story to say that the hood advertised for $150 was full of dents and damaged, and not the $200 one we had looked at. This is despite the fact that the photo shown in the ad clearly showed that the hood had zero damage of any sort, and that the hood we looked at was in the same exact location and angle as the hood shown in the ad. I received no apology, and employee #1 just kept repeating that the price is now $200 and that I, the customer, was wrong. I then informed employee #1 that despite his error, I had already accepted his offer to purchase the hood at $150, and by backing out of that agreement, he was in violation of his contractual obligation as a seller. He stated he did not care, and suggested that I take him to small claims court. This employee then became extremely vulgar and verbally abusive, and I left. I have never been treated this way by any business or private seller. I strongly urge anyone looking to purchase Honda or Acura parts to avoid this shop.
