    Horrible customer service . We agreed upon me paying on a certain date. They came and took my cans…read morethe day before that payment date and are charging me. Outrageous fees. They don't care about their customers. They took no responsibility for their end of a payment agreement . Then they blamed me for not paying on the agreed date after they took my cans .

    8/7/2025 I am a long-term customer and I know DEPENDABLE DISPOSAL use to be a good company that…read moreprovides a necessary community service. In the past month, my garbage was not picked up on Wednesday THREE TIMES and I had to make a call to get service each time. The last time I didn't check for a week and the trash was all still out there rotting away. Excuses were ... "the driver was new". "He didn't know he had to he had to get out of the truck" to accommodate my disabilities (per ADA law). Today, I called for the 3rd time and no more excuses were given... just a promise to send someone. It's not just the drivers, even their paper billing went out late. When I called to see if their July invoices went out, I was essentially told "soon". Perhaps the issue is bigger than the inability to hire "dependable" drivers. What irks me is as their prices sky rocket up, their service plummets. I was willing to pay more for good "DEPENDABLE" service, but the opposite is happening. I really hope they work out their issues because I'd like to remain a customer... but this weekly aggravation is untenable.
