I always pre-count my bottles and cans and clearly write the amount on each bag for my own reference, so I know exactly what I should be getting back. Sometimes I receive the correct amount, but other times I'm not even close. On one occasion, I was shorted over $20. On top of that, certain employees are rude the moment you walk in and act like customers are an inconvenience, even though handling bottles and cans is literally their job. The inconsistency and attitude have made this place unreliable and frustrating to deal with.

The put a sticker on the piece saying it needed to be cut to a smaller size... that seemed silly to me since it was only 1 flat cardboard piece that would easily been thrown on the truck. We've had other people saying they do not really recycle things properly but I can not say I've seen any evidence for this conjecture.

In the past month, my garbage was not picked up on Wednesday THREE TIMES and I had to make a call to get service each time. The last time I didn't check for a week and the trash was all still out there rotting away. Excuses were ... "the driver was new". "He didn't know he had to he had to get out of the truck" to accommodate my disabilities (per ADA law). Today, I called for the 3rd time and no more excuses were given... just a promise to send someone. It's not just the drivers, even their paper billing went out late. When I called to see if their July invoices went out, I was essentially told "soon". Perhaps the issue is bigger than the inability to hire "dependable" drivers. What irks me is as their prices sky rocket up, their service plummets. I was willing to pay more for good "DEPENDABLE" service, but the opposite is happening. I really hope they work out their issues because I'd like to remain a customer... but this weekly aggravation is untenable.
