I went for the 6" round and I ordered the chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and chocolate mousse filling. I asked for a Hawaii theme and she gave me recommendations on the frosting and cake type to accommodate. I did not need an extremely over the top design, just a simple Hawaii theme and she delivered above all expectations! The cake was extremely delicious and the frosting and the mousse tied in so well!! I loved the taste and the design. The pink door made it very easy to pickup and stood out nicely. Deb was very flexible with payment, pickup times, and access. I would highly recommend Deb for any cake needs. 4 of us split it and had a piece, and we still had about half of the cake left! I love the many vegetarian friendly options, including the fettucine alfredo and stir fried rice. There's a kids menu full of choices for kiddos too. Many of the foods here can be made gluten free, as well. Lake Chelan doesn't have much in terms of high-quality vegetarian or plant-based gourmet options, but Bear Foods was a massively delightful surprise! The store is absolutely PACKED with things that I wanted to look at and take home. I was impressed with how many things they stocked that were items I've only seen online and never seen sold in stored. We took a super long time through the coffee and tea isle and ultimately took a few boxes and tins home with us because their selection was so good. Their cheeses and gourmet snacks area was well stocked, and I could see how some of the vacationing non-locals could keep a business like this afloat even with their considerable prices. I really wanted to go back, but we were in the area for a wedding and our timeline just didn't allow it to happen. Otherwise, I probably would have brought home a lot more of their amazing goodies! Only downside for me was that during our time there, there was a mask mandate, and not a single person working there was masked.
