Had such a great experience at Stormy Mountain Brewing & Local Public House! Ashley was amazing she was literally working the whole floor by herself and still gave everyone great service with a smile. My favorite drink was the applesox red cider so good and refreshing. My husband ordered the brisket and really enjoyed it, and the fries were truly amazing. You can tell they make their sauces in house, which made everything even better. There's street parking available, and the overall vibe is very chill, spacious, and welcoming. Definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

Husband had a beer that they brewed. Sorry, I'm not a beer drinker so I don't know what he had even though he told me. He seemed to think it was fine, I had a San Juan Huckleberry Seltzer. One of my favorites - possibly my absolute favorite! It came with a cold frosted glass which I appreciated. We shared a pretzel that came with some weird cheese. Tasted like cheese whiz. Pretzel was great! Cheese not so much. These guys need to invest in Beechers. It will make all the difference! Still good though because it's all about the pretzel! Nice people work here. Highly recommended!

    Good beer selection.

Recommend this place if you are in Chelan. A good selection of beer, friendly staff and good food. What's not to like.

Came here for a quick drink while we were waiting for our pizza. We were able to get a table quickly and our waitress was very attentive at first. Inside has a decent amount of seating. She took our order for our drinks and appetizers we ordered very early. Our drinks were brought out promptly. We ordered a pub pretzel and potstickers to hold us over before dinner. The food had still not come out after about 30 minutes and she had not come to say anything about the status of our appetizers. I finally asked and she said they would be out soon. Food was very average when it came out. The wait just felt very long and she didn't seem to care much about us. Wouldn't come here if I wanted a short quick meal.

Look at all of the freshness and color!! These fish tacos were sooo good!!

We stopped by to have some lunch and this place definitely didn't disappoint! We had a group of 6, and we were quickly seated and our waitress got us a couple of pitchers of ice water right away! I almost always ask what the server's favorite thing on the menu is, and our waitress didn't hesitate to share that her favorite was "hands down" the brisket French dip. She also shared that the fish tacos were out of this world and the pretzel would also be a good choice. Well, my daughter didn't have to be persuaded to order a pretzel, and my husband decided to get the brisket dip, and to round out the order, I figured I would try the fish tacos--and O.M.G. Soooo good! Let's just say it was a perfect marriage of fresh and flavorful! My husband and I had planned on sharing half and half, but we loved our own so much that we decided to finish what we started. The only thing we would caution you is that the dip is a little messy...it's made with chunks of brisket, not sliced, so it is a little tricky to keep it together--but delicious, nonetheless! Well also appreciated that there was a big screen with a football game on while we waited. It wasn't loud, but it was definitely lively! We would definitely visit again!

Seeking french fries...walked in and asked the waitress if they were on the menu, the reply was the best in town! Called my friend over, we were seated by a very friendly staff member. Ordered a glass of local wine and the poutine fries with chicken. The waitress was absolutely correct the fries were the best. They are thinly sliced crisp potatoes, the sauce was tasty , chicken chunks moist. Our server was so personable and friendly. The place is rustic , consists of outdoor tables, indoor booths, a couch area..cozy. It must be a town favorite as I spotted families in for lunch. Next time I'm in Chelan I'm stopping for a meal!

The people here are so nice!!! And the bbq sauces they have are incredible. We went with three kids, and they got their food out quickly and were very attentive to our table. The chicken sandwich, that is new to the menu is a must order. I will definitely crave that and will be back!

Beer was pretty good. We ordered the jalapeño poppers, and I specifically asked our server if they were made with fresh jalapeños or pickled. She said fresh. They were not. They were like those basic, frozen jalapeño poppers. Good for what they are, but not what I wanted/asked about. We were going to eat lunch, but decided after that to go somewhere else.

Had an alright meal here. The fries ended up being the best part. Probably fine for just a quick beer, but there are definitely better options in the area. The sausage sampler was solid, but even with three sauce options I didn't find one that I liked. If you have to cut up your meal with a steak knife, it should be served on a plate and not a basket. To me, the Buffalo Mac and cheese wasn't very good, but my girlfriend enjoyed it enough.

    Fish tacos

Glad we decided to try Stormy Mountain Brewing for lunch. My three fish tacos were delicious! The fish was crispy and the tacos were large. The tortilla didn't fall apart. My husband had the slow smoked brisket sandwich with au jous dip. It was really tender and scrumptious . His came with really good fries, too.

The fish tacos were amazing. Some of the best fish tacos I've ever had to be honest. Very flavorful and good size!

We did end up splitting a Cesar salad for food and it was completely average, don't remember it well. I guess that's a good thing since it was exactly what I expected. The wine tasting comes in a tower so you can drink at your own pace, which is great! This allowed us to drink at our own speeds and we were a little tired of hearing about wine after many other stops, so it was great to have an independent experience. It's lovely here! Which would be fine, except their outdoor seating is extremely dirty and due to the amount of trees around, covered in pollen. So it almost felt like second class or a punishment. I slapped the chair cushion and it was like it had never been dusted before. Not that I expect the outdoor seating to be clean at all times, I would expect a higher end place like this that features wine on their menu to make an effort to keep things tidy for all guests. The food itself, was actually pretty good. The deep fried artichoke seriously missed the mark in seasoning and presentation (maybe have the sauce on the side to dip?) but the steak and short ribs were amazingly tasty. Great flavors. We also did a wine flight and the wines were very good as well. One of the glasses still had lipstick on it unfortunately. A couple of the glasses looked rushed to clean. It was replaced and all was well. But still.. attention to details here seems to be an issue. If you come here, make a reservation. Sit inside. Might have a better experience. Get the short ribs or steak and some wine and it will be a lovely experience.

The person checking us out, Liz, was extremely rude and showed very little hospitality. I asked a simple question about the different waffle flavors available, and instead of explaining or helping us, she essentially threw the menu toward us and said, "Here, you guys aren't ready? Go sit down and come back." The way she spoke to us was dismissive and made us feel unwelcome. What makes this even more frustrating is that this has happened with Liz more than once. She has unfortunately ruined my experience every single time I've interacted with her. I really hope management takes this review seriously. A business can have great food and a beautiful location, but customer service matters just as much. If you're going to advertise yourselves as the #2 best restaurant in Washington, the hospitality should reflect that reputation. Management, please address this. Something needs to change when it comes to how customers are treated.
