The açaí was just the right texture, not too frozen. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They also make flavored lemonade drinks, with option to add boba. Recommend providing wider straws for the drinks with boba. I was not a big fan of the decor. Definitely would benefit from an interior makeover, especially the seating. When you walk in they have signs which have a pre set menu or you can make your own. Their menu is a little hard to read and had a lot of different colors and choices. A little overwhelming at first. Once you figure out what choices you want you order and get to pick from a base, a flavor, and 2 toppings. I went with an original base, marshmallow flavor, and Nutella and banana flavor. What a cool concept!!! I have heard of places like this before and was shocked to learn of this one down in St. Cloud. Not only does the process add to the experience but the ice cream is really good as well. You start by picking your base and toppings or you can select from a premade menu if you can't make up your mind. There's a ton of choices available and it gets a bit overwhelming. You then get to watch them add the liquid nitrogen and mix away as the fog rolls over the counter. This part was especially fun for my son.
