I was quoted $275.00 for a septic to be pumped. After the…read moresystem was pumped I was told that it would be $350.00 I reluctantly paid him. I didn't want to argue with the individual and I told my wife and Son that I will just contact the company. I phoned the company and I was told by the receptionist that he told her I gave him a $75.00 tip. Driver phoned me and said he never told her that I gave him a tip. I have been trying to resolve this in a nice manner but then he called me and said that he never told the receptionist that I gave him a tip. I phoned her back and she said that she has it in her notes and that they gave him the $75.00 I spoke with the Owner and he began interrogating me as to why I paid him the $350.00. Then he said that he repaired an outlet to the septic pump. That is completely false. Not only that he is not a licensed electrician anyway. I did have a licensed electrician replace the outlet to repair the pump. So in short they lied to me and also stole my money. As of this writing they still have not offered to refund my money. I do have to say this: The receptionist was as professional, honest and pleasant as I could have ever expected.

If you are like me you expect to get the job you pay for done correctly.If this is the case steer…read moreclear of these individuals.My experience with them was a nightmare.I paid them to put in my water lines and trusted them to do this and to my amazement I paid them up front because I was not able to be there at the time the job was to be completed so when I arrived and cut the water n the pipes came up out of the ground because they failed to glue the lines together.I also had them to put my underpinning up and ended up paying someone else to reinstall it because of the shabby job that was done again stupidly I had prepaid for that also.But the worst of all was the electrical. Luckily I had someone else come out to do some other work and when he saw the pole and wiring, he found it very humorous that anyone would do such a bad job because had he not been called out there is a very good chance it could have caught fire so again I ended up paying someone else to fix their mess.I do have to say from now on I will make sure I get a reputable company.I put all this past me until today when I saw their ad in the news and shopper ending with a bible scripture.I wish people would keep God out of it when your whole motive is to rip people off.
