I went inside expressed this to the clerk and was basically told there's nothing they can do. I told him that was BS because that is false advertisement and left, I drove by later that evening when I was taking my son to his baseball practice and noticed they updated the marquee to the $3.45. I contacted Circle K corporate. I received a phone call spoke to a woman that was extremely argumentative and rude. It isn't my fault that you guys are false advertising and overcharging people for gasoline when you clearly have a different price posted. False advertisement is illegal and you should be a little bit more courteous for your company's wrongdoing . This gas station is located in Sun City, and I couldn't even imagine how many elderly people utilized this gas station on that same day without noticing they were being overcharged. Then they make a deposit and withdrawal from my bank account! Then I had to wait three days to verify the deposit and withdrawal from my account! Finally they tell me I'm all set up. But when I went to the QT station, about 3 miles from my home, I scan the pump QR code and it says pump is located too far from my location! I went back the next day and tried a different pump but got the same results! I provided all my private information and got nothing. Had to use my debit card instead, both times! Now I'm worried about how they are protecting my info.
