I didn't care if it was 20 yrs. old I had to prove myself and bust my ass, and try to convenience these owners that I have some special skills and know all the tricks and more. So I offered that same quality of service at half the current rate. I took a gamble, I.m glad to do it at half price because at the end of the day not only do I develop a good working relationship with the dealer, but also with each customer who drives off in a newly purchased vehicle. In all honesty, this dealer is kind and caring. The level of transparency is evident in how they treat their customers. I see how they are behind closed doors and this is the ONLY auto dealer I've ever met and worked for that doesn't try to sell you a pile of shit !!! We gave a deposit so they could save the car for us while they replaced the cats. Took them multiple days to "replace" the cats, and when we picked up the car, the check engine light was off. It came back on before we even got home. Turns out they lied and never changed the cats, instead they spent the time clearing the check engine light so they could sell. Ultimately they admitted they didn't do the work and offered to install the cats after all but we chose to do it ourselves to avoid any further back and forth. They gave us a pair of cats, but neither of them was the one that actually needed replacing, so we still had to go out and buy it ourselves. All in all we went to the dealership 3-4 times trying to get this resolved. Huge headache, would not recommend

I also took the car to the Toyota Dealership on Bell Road, and they couldn't find the reason either. Automotive Dynamics? They found it right away. I asked for an estimate of what it would cost to fix this car to drive it another 100,000 miles and they didn't hesitate. Their prices are not the cheapest, but as I was once told: cheap is never good and good is never cheap. This place? It's beyond good! Skilled mechanics, a great new front office person who is very helpful. If you want honest, straight forward and skilled mechanics, this is it!
